We always trust Xuemei will take great care of our dog Valka and give us continuous updates. This time I had a last-minute work trip and she immediately accepted.
Simon was so excited to see Xuemei again. I received a lot of photos, videos, and updates. I can tell she gave him lots of love and playtime. He was so tuckered out when he came home.

Xuemei took great care of my cat Cutiegirl during her boarding stay. She sent frequent videos and updates which gave me so much peace of mind. Even when Cutiegirl was a little shy at first, Xuemei was patient and kind, and I could see Cutiegirl gradually relaxing, eating, drinking, and exploring more comfortably. Communication was consistent and pickup and drop off were smooth. I really appreciated all the check ins and the effort she put into making Cutiegirl feel safe. Thank you again for caring for my sweet girl.
Our puppy had a wonderful vacation with Xuemei. She took great care of our puppy while we were away and sent lots of pictures, videos for update during my puppy's stay, so we knew she was doing well. I would definitely use her services again. Highly recommended!
Xuemei is a wonderful caregiver. She had lots of updates, great communication and I could see that Tilly was treated like family at her house. Lots of walks and naps on the couch, and Xuemei’s own dog, Lilly, was super sweet and a great way for Tilly to boost her confidence with other dogs. Will definately book again!
