Xuemei took great care of my cat Cutiegirl during her boarding stay. She sent frequent videos and updates which gave me so much peace of mind. Even when Cutiegirl was a little shy at first, Xuemei was patient and kind, and I could see Cutiegirl gradually relaxing, eating, drinking, and exploring more comfortably. Communication was consistent and pickup and drop off were smooth. I really appreciated all the check ins and the effort she put into making Cutiegirl feel safe.
