At the meet and greet, Shauna and her husband Tim were very welcoming. Their pup Noah was part of the welcoming party and took to Kylo right away. They were extremely accommodating of our late drop-off and pick-up times, especially as our flight back was delayed by 3 hours. Through the stay, Shauna kept us regularly updated of Kylo's wellbeing and shared photos every night. She even ingenuously improvised on Kylo's food when he wasn't eating much during the first few days. Overall, we are deeply appreciative of Shauna and in future we will be checking her availability before planning an out of town trip.”

About: Right now, I have 2 pets in my life. My parent's dog Ada, a 6 year old mutt who loves to cuddle, and my cat, Morgana, a 4 year old tuxedo who loves to play! I grew up with dogs and I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, dogs with cancer and other illnesses, and helped a dog through a seizure. I also have volunteered at an animal shelter (Homeward Pets) and spent time with dogs of many different ages, sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. During this time I fed the dogs, cleaned their kennels, bathed them, and played with them. I have also lived with two cats of very different personalities so I also have experience feeding & playing with cats of different ages and temperaments. I recently graduated from the University of Washington with my Master's in Museum Studies. As I'm trying to get a job, I'm looking for ways to increase my part-time income. I think it’s important to keep things as much the same as possible for your pets in order to decrease stress so I will always follow any house rules. If that means no dogs on the couch, then no dogs on the couch. Or not feeding them human food, I’ll make sure they only get their food no matter how cute they’re looking! I will also make sure I spend no less than 2 hours at an owner’s home playing with your animals where all my attention is on them. I do know pet-related first aid and dog CPR although I’ve luckily never had to use it. I will make sure to give regular updates to the owner and contact them in the case of any emergencies. About: I have owned and cared for pets for all of my life but it’s been a big part of my life over the last several years. Friends have dropped off pets at my home on 1.5acres, close into Woodinville. My own pets are very, happily socialized to enjoy visiting pets. There is a large fenced, fully landscaped yard to wander and always attention, pat’s and treats to go around. I will be working part time so no more than a few hrs away from the home a couple days a week. Fun times ahead! I have a large, fenced yard and a monitored doggy door to allow for potty brakes and free roaming. My dogs are well socialized and a little on the older side so tend to just hang out during the day.

About: I bring a lifetime of experience in caring for animals and live on 10 acres of wooded pastures with 3 horses, dogs, cats, and a house rabbit. My personal pack of four rescue dogs get along well with any new dog I introduce to the family. My property is quiet and away from any traffic yet located just a mile from a major highway making it easy to get to for drop off and pick up! I am home everyday and spend most of my time with the animals in my care. I am happy to be flexible on timing for drop off or pick up windows and can pop in for drop in visits to give you a helping hand. In my home pets will be fed twice a day and have off leash time to relax or play with friends. If they are crate trained they will have their own crate to retreat to and dog beds to rest on. I feel comfortable helping senior dogs with any medicine, help moving, or anything else they may need and I'm super comfortable and patient with puppies! I also have 2 cats and have also been around cats since I was a baby and love taking care of them as well! I love playing and being around big dogs but small is great too! :) I am currently a high school senior but I do online classes through running start so I am pretty much home all day and I go away for practice later in the day but I honestly have a pretty open and free schedule during the week! Since I have a flexible schedule with school I am able to stay for a while if your animal needs extra attention or company! I feel very comfortable and confident taking care of dogs since I have always been around them growing up. My mom and me also run a rover business boarding dogs at our house for the last few years as well so I have gotten to take care of lots of different kind of dogs! I really love dogs and cats and it would be a really amazing and fun opportunity for me to help take care of your cats and pups! :)
About: I’ve cared for all ages of dogs ranging from puppies (6 weeks and up preferably) to seniors and I’m very comfortable administering medications and treatments. I can lift up to 50lbs and I’m familiar with dogs that have mobility issues too! My dog went to heaven about a year ago, I miss caring for him and working with Rover is a great option until I’m ready to adopt again one day :) Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have! I have the option to be home all day if necessary, or (of course with your consent) take Puppers with me on a car ride (more details later) We live in a very dog friendly community, they recently built an amazing dog park with lots of activities and fresh water. There are paths throughout my community Which makes exploring on walks super fun!

“Our senior dog was well taken care of at Nathan’s house for 3 weeks. Our dog can’t go up or down stairs anymore. His house has downstairs which can go straight out to the huge fenced backyard. It was perfect! Nathan works from home so he can keep eyes on dogs. Our dog was laying around under his desk and looked comfortable. Totally worry free! Nathan is so easy to communicate and sent us pictures every day. Highly recommended!”
