I know it can take our feline friends a little longer to warm up to a pet sitter so I like to welcome them with a calm, reassuring voice, some head scratches, and maybe even a churu. If your cat likes to play, I'll happily sit on the floor with them tossing toy mice or floating ribbons in the air for them to chase. If your kitty is more into snuggles than playtime, I like to bring a book and curl up with them on the couch (and what cat doesn't love scratching their chin on the corner of a book). Friends have dropped off pets at my home on 1.5acres, close into Woodinville. My own pets are very, happily socialized to enjoy visiting pets. I have just completed my degree in Marketing from the University of Oregon and have been looking for work this summer. Pet sitting is such an amazing way for me to get hours in, especially because it doesn't feel like work at all! Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I am currently looking for work and need to keep up my personal source of income. This will allow me the time I need to interview for jobs and also make money. I am a smart and adaptive caretaker. I will be respectful and trustworthy with any animals that need looking after. I also have experience house sitting and pride myself on ensuring a space is kept to the owner's liking.
