Because Oreo is a Border Collie and very energetic, he needs lots of exercises. Her husband Tim took Oreo for long walks daily and they plays with Oreo on their backyard for hours. Shauna sends me pictures and videos occasionally, I know my babe have lots of fun while boarding with Shauna's family. Oreo stays for a week, he looks happy and healthy. We will definitely come back next time when we are out of town.”

I was able to relax and put my focus where it needed to be: with my extended family for my mom's memorial service. About: I have owned and cared for pets for all of my life but it’s been a big part of my life over the last several years. Friends have dropped off pets at my home on 1.5acres, close into Woodinville. My own pets are very, happily socialized to enjoy visiting pets. There is a large fenced, fully landscaped yard to wander and always attention, pat’s and treats to go around. I will be working part time so no more than a few hrs away from the home a couple days a week. Fun times ahead! I have a large, fenced yard and a monitored doggy door to allow for potty brakes and free roaming. My dogs are well socialized and a little on the older side so tend to just hang out during the day.

About: I bring a lifetime of experience in caring for animals and live on 10 acres of wooded pastures with 3 horses, dogs, cats, and a house rabbit. My personal pack of four rescue dogs get along well with any new dog I introduce to the family. I have been fostering dogs for a local rescue organization for several years, gaining hands-on experience with many breeds and ages of dogs. I specialize in puppy care and training and have successfully provided basic training and care for numerous foster dogs. I have experience caring for elderly dogs and am skilled in giving medication and insulin. This is an all inclusive experience for dogs! Here your dog will enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in my private dog park which offers a peaceful setting away from any traffic noise. This is true farm privacy with a ten acre buffer and plenty of natural enrichment including a natural creek, pond, and wooded pastures. Dogs will have opportunities to participate in activities like sniff walks, barn exploring, and pack walks. For puppies I keep them on a schedule for potty training, socializing, and naps. Additionally, I have a dedicated small dog area and small dogs get to enjoy couch time in the evenings! All activities are included for the boarding price. If you desire an exit bath before your dog goes home please let me know. 🐾 I enjoy working on agility training with one of my dogs who is very athletic and to expand my training knowledge, I continue to work with local dog trainers. Beyond my work with animals, I raised two children and dedicated 18 years to volunteering in our local school district, where I passed multiple background checks and supported various programs and events in schools and classrooms. My property is quiet and away from any traffic yet located just a mile from a major highway making it easy to get to for drop off and pick up! I am home everyday and spend most of my time with the animals in my care. I am happy to be flexible on timing for drop off or pick up windows and can pop in for drop in visits to give you a helping hand. In my home pets will be fed twice a day and have off leash time to relax or play with friends. If they are crate trained they will have their own crate to retreat to and dog beds to rest on. My dogs enjoy meeting new friends and provide a comforting pack to show new dogs the ropes. Outside, I always work on name recall with new dogs on leash and when they get to know me they will have supervised off leash time. Additionally, your dog may enjoy a walk to our horse barn and discover a world of sensory enrichment for their nose! In your home I can play with and feed your kitty or your pups and provide any care they need and can feed on the schedule that you request.

About: I have a Husky-Malamute mix at home, and they're known for being one of the most high energy dogs. I can take care of your dog for sure. I am a college-freshman at NYU who’s looking to make some extra money whilst I’m on break back home, and what better way to make money than to take care of your dog! I am timely, and will make sure I give full attention to your pet. I’ll pick up after them, clean them if needed, and feed them all in a punctual manner. I’ll take this job very very seriously if you pick me! I'm back home for the summer, book any type of services available! I am always looking for ways to take care of pets, so anything works. Caring for my Husky-Malamute, I make sure to give him as much attention and play as possible. I love taking long walks (as long as your dog wants), and taking time to stroll around. I know how to avoid aggressive dogs, and also train aggression, as my dog also used to be aggressive. I will feed them on time, let them out to relieve themselves as much as possible, and be attentive to their needs!
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a puppy myself. I currently have a 2-year-old active and playful blue heeler mix that I've raised from when she was 3 months old. I am very active (looooove walks), strong (able to handle strong pulling or heavy dogs), and playful. I have a special place in my heart for large dogs (both young and young-at-heart), but all dogs are welcome. I also love high energy pups! Our sweet family golden retriever/lab rescue doggie passed away in 2018 at age 10.5, so I also have experience with medical care for older dogs. I have two dog-loving young kids at home. We'd be honored to take care of your sweet doggie! I work from home, so I'm flexible to come play and walk your pups throughout the day. My preferred schedule is last mornings (between 9-12) and afternoons before 3:30 pm, but I'm willing to coordinate with you for what supports you and your pup best. For walks, I'm very active, strong, and calm under pressure. If you're booking a stay at my home, I have a large fenced yard with an energetic and sweet 2-year-old intermediately trained dog to keep them company. She is also crate trained! I work from home and will keep a good eye on your pup.
About: I’ve raised my own Golden Retriever since he was 8 weeks old, so I have real daily experience caring for a dog through every stage of growth and routine. Through caring for him, I’ve become very familiar with feeding schedules, walks, exercise, playtime, grooming, and making sure a dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly love dogs and understand how important it is to treat them with patience, attention, and affection. I know that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I always try to make them feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I am home full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can provide dogs with plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to take them out every 2–4 hours for walks or potty breaks, depending on their usual routine and needs. My neighborhood also has a nearby trail, which is perfect for walks and extra exercise. Since I am home most of the day, I can give dogs a safe, comfortable, and well-supervised environment. I am also available on weekends and holidays, which makes it easier to accommodate different schedules and last-minute care needs. I offer a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home where dogs can feel safe and comfortable. My home is non-smoking, located in a quiet neighborhood, and everyone in my household is very friendly and welcoming to dogs. We do not currently have any other pets, which can be a great fit for dogs who do best in a peaceful environment. We also have a yard for outdoor time, and I always prioritize supervision, safety, and each dog’s comfort. My goal is to make every dog feel cared for, relaxed, and at home.
About: I’ve cared for all ages of dogs ranging from puppies (6 weeks and up preferably) to seniors and I’m very comfortable administering medications and treatments. I can lift up to 50lbs and I’m familiar with dogs that have mobility issues too! My dog went to heaven about a year ago, I miss caring for him and working with Rover is a great option until I’m ready to adopt again one day :) Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have! I have the option to be home all day if necessary, or (of course with your consent) take Puppers with me on a car ride (more details later) We live in a very dog friendly community, they recently built an amazing dog park with lots of activities and fresh water. “Rachel was able to watch Aspen for a last-minute booking when prior care fell through. As he is newly adopted, a puppy (at 7 mos), was abused in his very early puppyhood, and suffers some ongoing anxiety, to say I was nervous about how he was going to do was an understatement. Upon meeting Rachel at the meet & greet, I was instantly at ease. She has a calm and soothing demeanor, and was such a perfect fit for him, that I could not believe our luck. It felt like the universe conspired to make sure SHE would be his first sitter, so he can continue to learn that the world has many kind and loving people in it. Rachel was a proactive communicator, sharing pictures and updates, sometimes almost at the exact moment I found myself thinking, "I wonder what they're up to?" I was able to relax and put my focus where it needed to be: with my extended family for my mom's memorial service. I cannot express what a gift it was to not have to worry about this sweet little guy for my first time away from him. As I look ahead to future travel, I'll check in with Rachel first.”
