I am an avid and attentive pet aficionado with focus on comfort, soothing, play, exercise and pet's individual needs. I love spending time with both dogs and cats and naturally connect with them. With dogs, I will emphasize building trust, observing them in their natural environment and making every walk enjoyable for them. Part of my dog experience revolved around an unsecure dog who required extra care to control his many fears. We steadily created a calm and trusting environment between us, and I followed him up to his senior years.

This was our first time using Rover with Vera as our dog handler. Vera came by the house 3 times a day, walked Tasha each visit and sent photos and videos of their day and interactions. Vera did a fantastic job and my girlfriend felt very comfortable with Vera being the one watching her dog. We will be using Vera moving forward whenever we are out of town 100%. She was the best!! Vera was punctual, kind, meticulous and the new best friend for our dog Max! She met up prior to walks to understand instructions and get familiar with Max, a 30lb hot dog/lab mix. She sends updates and pictures for the walk and sends calendar schedule to make sure we are aligned on dates. Vera is a very reliable and kind dog walker!
Vera has experience with a variety of cat personalities ranging from really shy to highly spirited cats. She also has cared for dogs in the past and always had the best relationships with pets. All in All, Vera is a very good caregiver and great fit for pet sitting
Vera is excellent with animals, especially our two cats at home. She loves all animals which shows in her dedication to taking care of them.
Vera is very kind and empathetic towards animals and always focuses on their well-being and needs. She has taken care of our pets for over 25 years. During this period, some of our cats were afflicted with severe diseases, some terminally ill, and the care, compassion, and patience she has shown towards them is remarkable. She loves all pets and gets tremendous energy from caring for them. She is very responsible and responsive to requests and will go out of her way to accommodate them in her schedule. She volunteers with a local pet shelter as well.
