Jessica was wonderful! She graciously did drop ins and walks with our energetic Aussie for 7 days, with less than a week’s notice. She is very communicative, sent several photos per visit with a little blurb of what they did. Jessica asked good questions, followed up, and paid close attention to Biscuit and his needs. We will definitely be booking again!

Barbara was wonderful! She took care of our cat, frogs, and turtle while we were gone for 10 days. Our cat loved her and she made sure the other animals were cared for properly. She provided helpful updates and left us a daily log when we returned. I would definitely use Barbara again in the future!

About: I have a goldendoodle and a domestic shorthair cat at home. Taking good care of pets is my hobby. I have been fostering my friends’ dogs and cats for a few times, and they all had a great time at my house. Currently I’m working from home. I have plenty of time playing with pets. Each morning and afternoon, I will take my puppy for a walk, and it would be great if we have one more company!! (a large breed dog would be better) I have a fenced yard and an extremely friendly goldendoodle at home where they can play toys and balls during the day. Taking dogs out for a walk twice per day. Feed them on time.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and cared for mine and others for as long as I can remember. I love animals so much and always care for others pets as if they’re my own. I have experience working with and caring for all kinds of animals. I volunteered at an animal sanctuary on a farm for years and have watched dogs, cats, small animals like bunnies and guinea pigs, fish and more. I’m currently working part time. I have morning shifts from 6am-8am, Monday-Friday. I’m pretty free and definitely flexible so I have lots of time to care for your pet! I have a fenced yard and two very friendly dogs to keep your pets company. I can easily crate your dog if that’s what you prefer. I also can care for your pets at my house or yours, either works so whatever you prefer is great!

About: I’ve been around pets since I was a child and grew up caring for them. My family fostered dogs and cats for about five years, which gave me hands-on experience with different personalities, ages, and needs. During that time, I handled daily care like feeding, walking, and helping them adjust to new environments. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on making sure pets feel safe and comfortable. I currently work part-time remotely and can mostly set my own hours, which gives me lots of flexibility to care for your pets. I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure your dog gets the attention and care they need throughout the day. As a pet owner, I know how important trust is. I’ll treat your pet like my own, follow your instructions carefully, and ensure they stay safe, happy, and cared for.

About: I bring a lifetime of experience in caring for animals and live on 10 acres of wooded pastures with 3 horses, dogs, cats, and a house rabbit. My personal pack of four rescue dogs get along well with any new dog I introduce to the family. I have been fostering dogs for a local rescue organization for several years, gaining hands-on experience with many breeds and ages of dogs. I specialize in puppy care and training and have successfully provided basic training and care for numerous foster dogs. I have experience caring for elderly dogs and am skilled in giving medication and insulin. This is an all inclusive experience for dogs! Here your dog will enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in my private dog park which offers a peaceful setting away from any traffic noise. This is true farm privacy with a ten acre buffer and plenty of natural enrichment including a natural creek, pond, and wooded pastures. Dogs will have opportunities to participate in activities like sniff walks, barn exploring, and pack walks. For puppies I keep them on a schedule for potty training, socializing, and naps. Additionally, I have a dedicated small dog area and small dogs get to enjoy couch time in the evenings! All activities are included for the boarding price. If you desire an exit bath before your dog goes home please let me know. 🐾 I enjoy working on agility training with one of my dogs who is very athletic and to expand my training knowledge, I continue to work with local dog trainers. Beyond my work with animals, I raised two children and dedicated 18 years to volunteering in our local school district, where I passed multiple background checks and supported various programs and events in schools and classrooms. My property is quiet and away from any traffic yet located just a mile from a major highway making it easy to get to for drop off and pick up! I am home everyday and spend most of my time with the animals in my care. I am happy to be flexible on timing for drop off or pick up windows and can pop in for drop in visits to give you a helping hand. In my home pets will be fed twice a day and have off leash time to relax or play with friends. If they are crate trained they will have their own crate to retreat to and dog beds to rest on. My dogs enjoy meeting new friends and provide a comforting pack to show new dogs the ropes. Outside, I always work on name recall with new dogs on leash and when they get to know me they will have supervised off leash time. Additionally, your dog may enjoy a walk to our horse barn and discover a world of sensory enrichment for their nose! In your home I can play with and feed your kitty or your pups and provide any care they need and can feed on the schedule that you request.

About: 🐾 Finding the right person to care for your fur baby is a big decision—and my goal is to make that choice easy and stress-free for you. I provide safe, attentive, and genuinely loving care tailored to your dog's unique personality and routine. Because I work from home, your dog is never left alone for long periods of time and benefits from a calm, consistent environment. I focus not just on physical care, but on creating a relaxed, happy state of mind so your dog feels secure while you're away. You will always stay connected. I send regular updates with photos and videos throughout the day, so you know exactly how your dog is doing at all times. I am also insured and bonded through PCI, giving you an added layer of peace of mind. About Me Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy and take seriously. Over the years, I have built long-term relationships with pet families by consistently prioritizing safety, comfort, and trust. I am highly organized, respectful of your home and routines, and I follow your instructions closely so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. My promise is simple: your dog will feel safe, genuinely cared for, and loved in a way that closely reflects how you care for them yourself. What your dog and you get: 🏃 3–4 daily walks, interactive play, and cuddles in between 🏠 Boarding: a calm, dog-proofed home with a private fenced yard for safe off-leash play 🛋 House sitting: overnight stays with your dog's routine kept fully intact — plus plants, mail, and a tidy home when you return 📸 Photo and video updates throughout the day, every day 🍖 Quality treats (with your approval) and little extras like paw cleaning and brushing Why pet parents come back: The words that show up most in my reviews: peace of mind, above and beyond, professional, exceeded expectations. I want you to enjoy your trip — not spend it wondering how your dog is doing. And a little bonus: my husband is also working from home and loves to help, so your pup usually gets double the attention and belly rubs. Before booking, let's meet! I always suggest a quick in-person or virtual meet-and-greet so your dog can meet me first and I can learn their personality and routine. No pressure — just making sure it's a great fit. 💌 Questions? Message me anytime — I typically reply within 15 minutes. Walks, playtime, and meals happen on a consistent schedule. I work from home as well as my husband, so we always happy to do an extra potty break, or give some pets and belly rubs. For house sitting, I maintain your dog's normal routine in their own familiar environment while also respectfully caring for your home. I treat your space with the same care and attention I give your pet. In my home, your dog enjoys a calm, dog-proofed environment with a private fully fenced yard for safe off-leash play. Dogs are supervised at all times and are always leashed on walks—no exceptions. I follow your feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly as written. Also I have all the necessities for a comfortable stay for your fur babies: your pup is welcome on all the furniture except my bed, I have extra bowls, an extra leash, and grooming supplies.

We are so happy with Lorie's help! When we were gone our plans had changed the last minute and we we were in a pinch finding someone. Lorie has agreed to help us right away, and she did a wonderful job taking care of our pets. She had to learn what to do over the phone and did exactly what we had asked her. We have a turtle who needs to be fed in a separate water tank, and he tends to bite when someone sticks their hands in his water. However, that didn't seem to scare Lorie, and she took on the job very bravely. We were very pleased to return to a clean house and happy pets. We highly recommend Lorie to anyone who is looking for a trusted and caring pet sitter.

About: With my previous experience working at an animal hospital and dog sitting/walking for my clients, I promise to treat your dog like my own with care and safety. A little about me, I am 30 years old and work a corporate 9-5, I have the ability to work from home if I need to while house sitting. I love to paddle board, work on my art and collect a lot of fun hobbies! I recently had to say goodbye to my senior dog Poncho..he was my best friend and baby, so I understand the love you have for your pet. I promise to give lots of love and affection to your little friends and always keeping their wellbeing in mind. I have experience with small dogs primarily, larger dogs are fine..as long as they are trained, I am only 5'2" so they may knock me over!! I have a reliable car and phone and can always be reached. Right now my availability is on the weekends, with Mondays and Fridays I work from home so a bit more flexible those days. Please reach out with any questions or anything scheduling related! Thanks My weekends are free! Mondays/Fridays I work from home, so if I am watching your pet at your home I will be there all day. Tuesday/Thursday I will be away at the office 7AM - 3PM As a dog mom I always put safety first, I would never let a dog off leash unless we were in a fully fenced yard under supervision

About: Hi there! As a lifelong dog person, I have a lot of experience - I have cared for dogs weighing 8 to over 100lbs, and from 6 week old puppies to seniors. I am experienced in dogs with complex situations such as reactivity, fearfulness & timidness, and significant physical impairments. Currently, I own two rescue dogs - a 3 year old female German shepherd/malinois mix, and a 2 year old male Aussie who was born deaf & blind. So when I say the “hard to handle” pups are my speciality, I mean it! I would be happy to take your dog on a walk or local hike, to play outside with them, to work/train (my GSD/malinois girl requires regular scent work, agility, and intense variations on fetch to stay sane), or to simply give them affection. I don’t at all mind working with dogs that take time to win over, or that need extra TLC. All dogs are good dogs, and I can promise you that to me, they are all precious cargo - and will be handled as such in my care. I am a music teacher, and primarily work afternoons & evenings - so earlier in the day I have free time. I am also the mother of a young child, so am unavailable on weekends when he is home from school. I will adhere to strictly to instructions given (ie, your dog is crated or not, food allergies or sensitives to avoid, fears they have or the best ways to make them feel safe) and make sure above all else, they know I am someone they can look forward to seeing.

Andi was so wonderful and compassionate with our aging golden retriever (almost 15 years old) and our rascally cat. Our dog needs some extra geriatric care, and Andi was willing and even expressed excitement about caring for him, even though it isn’t always easy. Andi was also very communicative and sent pictures during every visit and even arranged to have music playing during the Fourth of July fireworks to help our pets remain calm. I will be booking Andi again for our next trip and highly recommend you do too!

Alina was an absolute dream come true, and we feel so lucky to have found her. From our very first meet and greet, it was immediately clear how knowledgeable, professional, and comfortable she is with animals. Our dog is high energy and usually shy and skittish with new people, but Alina connected with her right away. She even tried a few commands and tricks during the visit, and our dog responded instantly - something we rarely see with new people. That alone gave us so much confidence. Even our typically reserved cat came right up to her, which told us everything we needed to know. Alina went above and beyond with communication. She took the time to clearly outline the plan for multiple drop ins and an extended overnight stay, and she provided thorough daily updates with photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What stood out most is that it truly felt like she enjoyed spending time with our pets, and they clearly enjoyed her too. That kind of care and attention is priceless. When we returned home, not only were our animals happy and well cared for, but our house was spotless. She took care of everything in a way that allowed us to fully relax on our trip and come home without a single worry. We cannot recommend Alina highly enough. She is reliable, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We will absolutely be booking with her again.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Duvall choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Duvall with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Duvall. On Rover:

  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 94% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
