“We were first boarders of our 13mo old pup Kylo, and we thought we were super fortunate to connect with Shauna. Right from beginning she was very warm and supportive in her communication. At the meet and greet, Shauna and her husband Tim were very welcoming. Their pup Noah was part of the welcoming party and took to Kylo right away. They were extremely accommodating of our late drop-off and pick-up times, especially as our flight back was delayed by 3 hours. Through the stay, Shauna kept us regularly updated of Kylo's wellbeing and shared photos every night. She even ingenuously improvised on Kylo's food when he wasn't eating much during the first few days. Overall, we are deeply appreciative of Shauna and in future we will be checking her availability before planning an out of town trip.”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a puppy myself. I currently have a 2-year-old active and playful blue heeler mix that I've raised from when she was 3 months old. I am very active (looooove walks), strong (able to handle strong pulling or heavy dogs), and playful. I have a special place in my heart for large dogs (both young and young-at-heart), but all dogs are welcome. I also love high energy pups! Our sweet family golden retriever/lab rescue doggie passed away in 2018 at age 10.5, so I also have experience with medical care for older dogs. I have two dog-loving young kids at home. We'd be honored to take care of your sweet doggie! I work from home, so I'm flexible to come play and walk your pups throughout the day. My preferred schedule is last mornings (between 9-12) and afternoons before 3:30 pm, but I'm willing to coordinate with you for what supports you and your pup best. For walks, I'm very active, strong, and calm under pressure. If you're booking a stay at my home, I have a large fenced yard with an energetic and sweet 2-year-old intermediately trained dog to keep them company. She is also crate trained! I work from home and will keep a good eye on your pup.

About: I got to spend 10 lovely years with my dog Kai before she passed the rainbow bridge at 15. She was the best walking buddy I could have ever asked for. We've explored the area for the last 10 years, and I've learned of some of the best grassy fields, forests, and trails around. I am available from 8am to 8pm for walks. When the sun is still setting at 9pm, I can do late night walks up to 10pm. I have a house with a large fenced backyard complete with grass and shade. There is access to inside via a doggy door through the garage.

About: I have cared for dogs my whole life always having a dog in the home. With my first dog I learned to care for dogs with more intensive needs as she became paralyzed and had multiple surgeries. After that I had experience caring for multiple dogs at once with 2 yorkie siblings. Now my husband and I own a Newfoundland/Poodle mix and she is our pride and joy. She is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. We have a dog park at our apartment complex so your dog would get all of the exercise they need. We know how important it is to have peace of mind when leaving your fur baby with someone else and we promise to put your mid at ease as much as we can! I am currently a student doing clinical rotations so I work 4- 10 hour shifts. My husband works 1-2 24 hour shifts a week. Your dog will be home with someone most of the time and if not we have cameras watching the dogs at all times. We have 1 dog who is 3 years old who is very friendly with other dogs and always wants to play so be ready for a tired pup once your trip is over. Our dog is crated when we leave the house but we are happy to accommodate however you have trained your dog when you leave your home.

“Bella had an absolute blast at Stephanie’s place. She started there for the first day being a bit nervous but Stephanie took very good care of her and made sure she felt comfortable throughout. By day 2 she was going all around the place and by the next day she had made it her home. Stephanie communicated very well throughout making sure she sent timely photos and updates on how Bella s doing. This kept us happy and calm in our time away. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.”
