About: I've had a lot of experience taking care of needy dogs, given insulin injections, and have administered medicines. Dogs have a tendency to gravitate to me. I have a very flexible schedule. My current job is part-time elderly care and housecleaning. I am available most days, especially if given advance notice. For sitting in your home, I would treat your home as if it were my own. I would be very respectful of your boundaries, always keeping your dog's best interest in mind.

About: We have owned and have cared for dogs our whole lives. With my (Kayla) first dog I learned to care for dogs with more intensive needs as she became paralyzed and had multiple surgeries. After that I had experience caring for multiple dogs at once with 2 yorkie siblings. Blake has experience with dogs of all sizes as well as experience with training dogs. I am currently a student doing clinical rotations so I work 4- 10 hour shifts. My husband works 12 hour shifts a couple times a week. That being said, your dog will be home with someone most of the time and if not we have cameras watching the dogs at all times. We have 1 dog who is 3 years old who is very friendly with other dogs and always wants to play so be ready for a tired pup once your trip is over. Our dog is crated when we leave the house but we are happy to accommodate however you have trained your dog when you leave your home.

Ash is a very energetic Labrador who needs lots of exercise, and we loved seeing how happy he was enjoying different indoor and outdoor activities every day. Qintian also kept us updated with photos and messages about how Ash was doing, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. “Juan is the absolute best. He and Odee were fabulous companions for Looey while we were away. Looey made himself at home and Juan helped him work out some separation anxiety. “Helen and crew were wonderful! We almost canceled our trip, which we had been planning for years, due to worries about our dog’s health. She was behaving unusually and we thought it might have been a neurological or spinal issue. We left careful instructions, food, medication, and a referral from our vet for a practice with a neurological specialist, and Helen was ready and willing to respond as events dictated! Fortunately, our dog began behaving normally after ~ 1 day with Helen and Nikita and the dogs they were hosting, no medication was needed, and we returned to a happy, healthy, and freshly groomed Tootsie! Helen and Nikita sent us regular status reports and pictures, so our concerns were allayed early in the trip and we could relax knowing Tootsie was doing great. 5+ stars!!”
