“Miranda is doing a wonderful job with Max! Her updates and pictures from each walk are a wonderful treat to receive while at work, and I am so appreciative that she does them. Since working with Miranda Max has also gotten a lot better walking on the leash. Thanks Miranda!”

About: I have previously owned a dog and have pet sat/walked for many families in my neighborhood throughout my life. I love taking pups on walks and giving them lots of loving! I am a teacher and work in the elementary school from 8:15-4:00. But if your furry friend can be alone for those hours I am happy to do walks in the morning and evenings. Or any other care your pet may need while not at work. Holiday breaks are my largest availability! I have a fenced yard and locked home doors. I live in a safe neighborhood with lots of families. It is a suburban neighbors with lots of parks.
About: We have owned and have cared for dogs our whole lives. With my (Kayla) first dog I learned to care for dogs with more intensive needs as she became paralyzed and had multiple surgeries. After that I had experience caring for multiple dogs at once with 2 yorkie siblings. Blake has experience with dogs of all sizes as well as experience with training dogs. Now, we own a Newfoundland/Poodle mix and she is our pride and joy. She is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. We have a dog park at our apartment complex so your dog would get all of the exercise they need. We know how important it is to have peace of mind when leaving your fur baby with someone else and we promise to put your mid at ease as much as we can! I am currently a student doing clinical rotations so I work 4- 10 hour shifts. My husband works 12 hour shifts a couple times a week. That being said, your dog will be home with someone most of the time and if not we have cameras watching the dogs at all times. We have 1 dog who is 3 years old who is very friendly with other dogs and always wants to play so be ready for a tired pup once your trip is over. Our dog is crated when we leave the house but we are happy to accommodate however you have trained your dog when you leave your home.

“Angela is so kind and clearly loves dogs. She took my hounds out for a walk, which can be difficult as we've not done the best leash training and they lose their minds when they see it's walk time. But Angela took them for a little extra time to work off that energy and when they returned my boy was prancing and tired and even my young hound was calm and satisfied and klonked out afterwards. Looking forward to more walks with Angela.”

About: Hello! My name is Ashley. I grew up in Bothell and I just got home from completing dog grooming school in South Korea. I'm now working as a dog groomer and walking dogs on the side. I have experience owning and loving dogs of all different sizes and various energy levels. You can trust me to fulfill their physical activity needs.

“Appreciate her patience in meeting my feisty dogs and getting to know them. She knew how to work with their peculiarities and barkiness. She was punctual for appointments, took the dogs for their walks, and (super important to me) was very responsive on all communication. I enjoyed receiving the Rover updates about their walks.”

Vittoria did a fabulous job with my two pups (~20 lb each). She took the time to look up good places to walk them before our meet and greet, and they had the best time with her at the park. They were so well-exercised when they came back that they slept the whole afternoon! Vittoria was also always on time and conscientious about letting me know when she was arriving (which was, as mentioned, always on time). 10/10!

Bethany has been amazing walking our dog. We have a stubborn lil dog, but she is able to walk him close to a mile every walk - which I am very grateful for. Provides regular communication, is very flexible and understanding. She became our regular dog walker until we stayed in the location. Highly recommend, Bethany!!

Mckenna does such a great job of walking the pups. They’re always ecstatic to see her! And she’s very good about making sure everyone is safe and hydrated; when the pavement got too hot for their little paws, she took them back for a quick drink and to decide if it was safe to continue. So grateful for her!

We had a fantastic experience with Satyasri! She truly went above and beyond by coming over for a meet-and-greet the day before, which really helped us feel comfortable trusting her with both our dog and our home. She asked all the right questions about our dog's needs and routine. On the day of the visit, she was punctual, sent great photo updates, and was very communicative throughout. We also really appreciated her diligence in making sure the house was secure and the door was locked when she left. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter/walker!

So glad to have found Kendal. She shows up everyday rain or shine as described. She's no no-sense. Comes in invariably at the scheduled time, walks my mouthy puppy around the neighborhood, often with extra time, and drops him back off. She's also very accommodating with scheduling. I cant recommend her enough for the services she offer. Thank you Kendal

Caroline walks my dog two to three times each week, and she’s so great! She takes him on different routes, is flexible when schedules change, and has even gone over the scheduled one-hour time on a few occasions! He always gets at least 2.7 miles in when she walks him. She also met up for a meet and greet before we started our sessions to see if it’d be the right fit. Love being able to trust that my dog is in good hands!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
