“Kaitlyn was very responsive throughout the process and we knew we could trust her with our pups! She was great to our dogs and always gave detailed rover cards every day”

About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. I currently have a 7 month old puppy and 2 cats who are a year and a half. We adopted all of them at about 7 weeks, so I have plenty of experience with pups and kittens, and my puppy is an eager playmate for your dog if they’d like that! I’ve also taken care of senior dogs and cats, so your little oldie is safe with me as well ◡̈ I’m eager to provide patient and attentive care to every animal regardless of their needs. I live a very active lifestyle and love running around with fur babies! I currently work part time so my schedule is pretty open. I’m available to hang with your dog on Wednesdays - Fridays any time, and Tuesdays/Weekends after 3:30pm! I am happy to walk your dog wherever would make you feel safest and most comfortable. If your dog likes dog parks, I have a few that I trust and take my dog to regularly. My apartment building also has a fenced, off-leash dog area that rarely has any other dogs in it and I’d be happy to run around with your dog there as well.
“Erica is awesome, and flexible to accommodate our requests! Nemo loves her and had a great time and we definitely will definitely book with her next time for more walks”

“The way my dog was so comfortable with Sherri the first time meeting said it all!! She was able to handle our large dog who is not so great on leash walking especially when passing other dogs. We will definitely be using her services again!”

She is always friendly and cheerful, happy to see not only Jake but my other dog as well, giving out pets to all. I love that she looks for great places to walk him and he comes home happy and rested afterwards. I know Jake is safe and happy with Shannon!”

“Would highly recommend Desirae and Kevin! They did daily weekday walks with our 3 year old pup and I always knew she was well taken care of. They adapted to her needs when she was nervous and always made sure she got time to get her energy out. They left great, detailed updates about the walk and were flexible with our schedule as well. I would definitely book them again and recommend their services!”

“Hutton was great! This was only my second time booking a rover walker and she provided a great experience for my pup! He can be a shy dog with strangers but Hutton did a great job earning his trust. Will be booking her again next time I need a walker!”

About: I have owned dogs for 5 years, almost 6! I also have been pet-sitting and dog walking for 1 year and many more years to come as I absolutely love caring for animals. I am currently a part-time worker, working afternoon/nights and am a volunteer at my local dog shelter. I am available Mon-Thur from 6am to 1pm. I may have some flexibility. I have a fenced yard at my home, as well as two small dogs that love to play. I am also able crate your pet if needed.
About: I’ve been around animals all my life and have had pets since I was born. I currently own a vizsla and spend much of my free time walking, playing, and caring for him! I also regularly pet sit for friends and family, which is something I truly enjoy because spending time with animals brings me so much happiness. I’m an active person who loves being outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, attention, and enrichment. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just providing company, I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m currently a nursing student, so my schedule varies throughout the school year. However, I carefully manage my time and only accept bookings when I can provide quality care. During the summer, I have more availability which allows me to spend more time walking, playing, and caring for your pets! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal as possible regarding feeding, exercise, and more. Just like for my pup, I use a secure leash and remain attentive to my surroundings to ensure pet safety at all times. I understand how important trust is when it comes to caring for your pet, as I would want someone to treat my own pup with the same care, patience, and respect. I always enjoy providing updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for.
About: Taking care of pets and animals has always been a passion of mine. I can guarantee that choosing me will be your best option as I will make it stress and hassle free. Your pet will become my top priority. I am currently attending school remotely and not working. I care for my current pet 24/7 while my husband goes to work. Unfortunately my dog crossed the rainbow bridge so I now only own a cat. I live in an apartment complex and at the moment I only offer dog walking services and drop ins. Depending on the circumstances I can also baby sit at the owners house.

Star is truly amazing! She is so communicative, respectful, and reliable, and always follows all of my directions perfectly. She is absolutely wonderful with my dog, and I can tell how much care and attention she gives her every time she comes by. She truly goes above and beyond with all of the photos and thoughtful comments she sends after each walk. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Star more!

Joshua did awesome on walking our dogs. He was interactive with them from the start which they love the attention and he even said the magic words of don’t want to go for a walk. He was right on time with every walk, our dogs seemed to be happy and tired when they came back. We will for sure recommend and rebook with Joshua!

Kaitlyn was amazing with our two big dogs! They can definitely be strong pullers and aren’t always the easiest to walk, but she handled them with confidence, patience, and care. She was reliable, communicative, and made sure they got great walks every day. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable dog walker!

Alyssa has been waking Phoebe for a while now. She's always dependable, always leaves a detailed review, and is also very communicative. Phoebe is a bit wary of strangers, and Alyssa has been very patient with her and allowed her to get comfortable and then take out for a walk. Thanks a ton, Alyssa!!

My regular walker was out of town for a month so needed short term coverage, who could be flexible. Joan was able to come during this time and was eager to provide excellent service, rolling with the changing weeks and giving Jake the long walks needed to tire him out. Jake looked forward to seeing Joan and she provided lots of pets and praise to both my dogs! I appreciated her ability to help me out, always cheerful and providing any updates I needed to know!

Linh did an amazing job walking Rocky while I was away. She picked him up every day, took him for a full walk (often longer than scheduled), and treated him with so much care. My family felt very comfortable having her help. Truly grateful for her reliability and kindness
Hanyu was wonderful! She sent plenty of photo updates and left incredibly detailed, sweet notes each day. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Lyra was in excellent hands and truly enjoying her walks. I highly recommend Hanyu and will definitely be booking with her again!

Kaylee and Brian are fantastic! I appreciate that they start with a meet and greet to ensure it's a good match all the way around. Their flexibility is great. Attention to detail, going above and beyond, and just being so kind to my animals, both dog and cat. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for most any type of pet service. With them you know your pet is in good hands!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
