Hi, I’m Alex! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve been caring for cats and dogs since I was a kid. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for friends and family—not because I had to, but because I truly love being around animals. Every pet I care for is treated with the same love, attention, and respect I give my own. If you’re looking for someone who will make sure your pet’s stay is comfortable, fun, and full of adventure, you’ve come to the right place! What I Offer I’m an active, outdoorsy person who loves giving dogs the exercise and stimulation they need. Whether your pup enjoys walks through the neighborhood, runs, dog park visits, hikes, or even bike rides, I’m happy to match their energy level. I typically provide at least two outings a day, but I can accommodate pups who need more frequent activity. I also take pride in continuously learning about pet care. I regularly study different breeds, temperaments, and training methods so I can better understand and handle pets of all personalities—from laid-back cuddle bugs to high-energy explorers, to pets with anxiety or special behavioral needs. Cats are welcome too! I’ve created a separate cozy room in my home just for them, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment. My top priority is making sure your pets feel loved, safe, and engaged—while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in capable, caring hands. My Home & Environment Fully fenced backyard with room to play, a small lawn, and a large deck. Filtered water stations inside and out, always clean and accessible. Safe & tidy home—free of hazards to keep pets secure. Beautiful walking trails nearby—perfect for dogs who love exploring nature. When I’m not with pets, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, cycling, or traveling. I work from home so I usually have a lot of flexibility. Before Booking To give your pet the best possible care, I like to know: Do they have any special needs, medications, or routines? How do they get along with other dogs or cats? Do they have separation anxiety, triggers, or quirks I should be aware of? The more I know, the more I can make their stay stress-free, comfortable, and fun!

We were really able to enjoy being away knowing that our fur babies were in the hands of Alex . Multiple pictures daily showing our pups not even missing us in the slightest! He was attentive to their needs and daily walks ! We could not have wished for a better sitter ! Thank you Alex !
Boarded Kelso 4 nights- got texts, pictures and video updates daily of all the fun Kelso was having at “camp.” Kelso has diabetes and Alex stepped up to the challenge to learn how to give him his twice a day insulin. No problem recommending him to look after your pet.
Alex was awesome!! He sent lots of photos every day, I was able to see him getting lots of attention and exercise. For a minute there, I thought he might not want to even come home. Really appreciate the thoughtful care Alex, we’ll definitely reach out again in the future when we need a trusted friend.
I felt so comfortable with leaving my dogs with Alex! My dog Tank is usually unsure of strangers but he seemed to really like Alex!! The communication was really good and we were constantly updated with pictures. We’re more than happy and very thankful!!

Schedule
I am at home full time, so pet care is easy for me to accommodate into my daily schedule. I usually take dogs for a walk in the morning, and afternoon, and sometimes evening.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard for quick potty breaks, but I prefer to take dogs on walks or jogs around the neighborhood or to local parks. My care for a pet will first and foremost follow guidelines of the owner, but typically I am very hands on and give lots of attention to make the animal comfortable and give them an enjoyable stay.
Pets
A typical day
I like taking dogs on runs or walks on the many trails near my home, or to the dog park located just one block away. In my backyard I like to play fetch or other games with the dogs, or just let them run around and play with each other. When the weather is nice, I like to take dogs with me on various adventures to parks or hiking trails, or to the nearby Snohomish river to play on the beach.
