“Jeehyun is such a caring and loving dog sitter! Gwennie stayed at her place for one week and she had a great time there. Because Gwennie is almost blind, I was a little bit worried at beginning whether she would be able to adapt the new environment well. I was amazed that Gwennie did not show any signs of anxiety. She eats well, sleeps well and plays well with Mimi (Jeehyun's little dog). Jeehyun's two daughters Hana and Yoona are wonderful sitter assistants! “If I could give more stars we would. Kelly and Karen did a meet and greet with us and Ollie. You could tell right away that they are experienced and have a manner that dogs would be happy and comfortable with. Our dog doesn’t usually like other dogs other than our daughters’ dogs and Ollie was like a different dog! He was actually friendly with their dog. Kelly and Karen are true dog whisperers! We were beyond thrilled with their love of care our needy dog. They were the best and I would shout out to anyone to pick them! They had regular communication and pics for us. “Philip was exceptional at watching our puppy Charlie. While we were gone, he’d send us pictures of Charlie, my kids loved seeing him while we were gone over two weeks. He took him on walks, played with him and let him lounge on his couch together. Very last minute I asked if Philip would be okay administrating medications to our dog that he needed and he was very flexible and had no issues doing so. Our go to guy for future needs. Wei was absolutely wonderful with Simba - he had the best time with them! Simba is an extremely energetic dog, and they did an amazing job playing with him and getting him tired out. He came back home happy, healthy, and well-exercised after a week of boarding. What meant the most to us was how regular Wei was with photos and videos. That's honestly the biggest hope any dog parent has when they're far from their puppy, and thanks to her constant updates we felt completely in touch the whole time. She also kept a careful eye on Simba's allergy and kept us posted, which gave us such peace of mind. Highly recommend Wei for your fur babies!!
