“Chloe was great! She was very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. She provided us with daily updates, and followed our instructions while adapting to Ryo’s new behaviour / needs at the same time given the new environment. Ryo surely had a blast, but was not overly worn out (which means he had good nights rest!). Her place was also well equipped for boarding, with a large and beautiful backyard that Ryo would surely miss.”

“I couldn’t recommend Kellie and Ryan more- we drive an hour out of our way just to have their family care for our dogs, and it would be just as worth it if it was double the distance. With a senior and a puppy, I always have specific instructions and concerns and feel SO much confidence and peace of mind knowing that my dogs are in the capable hands of this wonderful family. My anxious senior lab with cancer and arthritis gets medicine and all the affection she could ask for while the rambunctious 9 month old lab gets to play and do puzzles. I share my concerns with Kellie, and she asks follow up questions and actually cares about what I want and what’s best for my dogs. I always pick them up with new treat, puzzle, or leash recommendations, too! This time, they even gave us some home made freeze-dried salmon treats since my senior dog has a sensitive stomach and loved them. Kellie and Ryan even included a new toy that my puppy loved and is carrying around with him everywhere 😁 The communication, updates, attention to detail, and level of care provided is outstanding and they sincerely go above and beyond. I love that their kids are so involved- they’re always happy to see the dogs and it melted my heart to see updates of one of the kids comforting my senior when she stayed by the door after being dropped off, then later following her around and getting on her lap! My senior is an anxious, awkward dog that doesn’t bond with people easily but wants nothing but love, so I couldn’t be happier that she gets everything she needs ❤️ My puppy doesn’t want to leave when we pick him up because he has so much fun, and I love the goofy pictures and updates with him! He also chewed something up the second someone’s back was turned, and they were so understanding and laughed about it. We also had a mixup about the pickup time, and again, they were so understanding and accommodating. I am very picky when it comes to my dogs, and I sincerely don’t have anything but high praise for the experience provided and the confidence that this family has instilled in me. If you’re considering booking with them, I highly recommend scheduling a meet and greet because your search will be over. I won’t leave my dogs with anyone else, and I cannot recommend Kellie and Ryan’s family enough!”

“Michelle and Keith took such wonderful care of our dog while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. They sent us pictures and videos to keep us updated. Bogie went on so many fun walks and was able to explore and sniff around. I’m sure he enjoyed that very much. He even had a really good appetite and sleep schedule - usually he doesn’t eat when he’s stressed out so having a good appetite was a good sign he was comfortable and stress free under the care of Michelle and Keith.
