“an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience. I have extreme anxiety leaving my dog with anyone. I left my baby in Diana’s care for 9 days, while we went to Hawaii for our babymoon. The last vacation before our first born comes, and I was on edge. The entire experience was extremely stress free and peaceful. Diana took incredible care of Gypsy, our 12 year old Siberian Husky. She kept on clear contact with us, with updates throughout the day. Gypsy was completely calm and at home with Diana. Gypsy can have some separation anxiety but she did so well. Gypsy was extremely well taken care of. I am eternally grateful for this experience and would entrust my pets with Diana again in future.”

“It’s not every day that you run into a professional dog handler on Rover, but Kathy is definitely one of these. She regularly takes in dogs into her home and the entire space is designed for dog comfort. She requested to meet Bella ima safe and controlled manner and is very confident and capable with integrating dogs together in a safe, calm and measured manner. I appreciated the care and guidelines she provides... the dogs have free roam of the house and yard and she even puts out little pads outside on the cement for a comfortable place for them to sunbathe. Her and her husband are also home pretty much all day and I really like this as well. Will definitely be back as she is basically a dog sitters dream.”

“I’ll start by saying I’m a neurotic dog mom 😅 and I was honestly pretty nervous about using Rover in the first place. I’ve been putting it off using friends but couldn’t make it work this time. That said Jeanie & Michael were so wonderful and really put me at ease. They were great communicators and I really appreciated that being nervous as a first time rover user. They sent a ton of pics and updates, and were so good and engaging with my pup, Zuzu. I never felt out of the loop or worried about how she was doing. I am so happy I left my fur-son with Xiatong! She took excellent care of my senior boy for a week & sent multiple pictures daily to keep me informed. She even made him more chicken & rice when what I'd left ran out, which was above & beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Xiaotong if you need to travel & I'd definitely use her service again if the need arises.
Carmen is an absolute dream and was incredibly helpful and the perfect fit to care for my iggy! Communication was smooth, fast and seamless. The photos and videos she sent were awesome, showing my ‘lil guy having a blast and “living his best life” ! She even had adorable little outfits that he wore during his stay! I can’t rate her professionalism, caring and thoughtful communication high enough! Especially as my iggy was not accustomed to being away from me, I was blown away how contented he was from the very start.
This is the first time leaving my two dogs with them at their house and I would ABSOLUTELY trust them for another stay. It was a no hassle drop off. One of my dogs, Zelda, can be a bit anxious and tends to bark around new people. I was put at ease when Jeanie let me know she had started settling in within 20 minutes which says a lot about her level of comfort with them. They were responsive sitters throughout the week they had them and loved that they took them to the park, gave them walks, and plenty of cuddles. Can't say enough positive things about how well they were taken care of! Pups were sad to leave them, which is all that needs to be said. 100% recommend.
We are so grateful for Thao and her husband for taking such good care of our dog! She sent frequent updates and was very quick to respond! I can tell my dog felt right at home and was taken care of well. I would recommend Thao to anyone and will absolutely hire her again to take care of my baby!
Nancy and her family did an amazing job caring for our two Samoyeds while we were travelling internationally. Our puppies (9 years old) were welcomed into their home, and her family provided a warm, loving, secure space that the dogs could relax in and enjoy. One of the dogs required meds to be administered three times a day, and Nancy committed to this without hesitation. This was the second time we've used Nancy and will definitely be using her again. We highly recommend her and her amazing family!
Jessie and her family were very warm and kind to Onyx while we were away. Though our pup is still an energized young thing, Jessie and family played with her enough to help her feel exercised and distracted awaiting us to return. I am eager to have Jessie hang with Onyx again when we have another holiday. Trusting that your pup sitter is going to treat your dog like you would is everything to us! 💙
