“Kristin was beyond amazing. My hubby & I boarded our pit bull Weatherly for a night with her. Our dog is reactive towards other dogs, and a pit bull, so trying to find someone to watch her that doesn't feel uneasy can be a bit hard. We did a meet & greet, and I instantly knew she was the one to take care of our dog Weatherly. Kristin is very personable, within 5min of talking with her she felt like a long time friend. She has great communication, my hubby & I got picture updates. Her & weatherly hit it off from the beginning, and Kristin was super attentive to Weatherly's needs. We love Kristin so much, we actually rebooked. Weatherly will get to hang out with Kristin for 5 days, while my family & I are on a trip. She's our go to person!! “I don’t know if you’re able to review a person more than once. But I had Andrhu coming for drop in visits during my long work hours because he lives just a few blocks away. I noticed my cat who is 15 took to him right away and he paid attention to my very *particular* requests about her care. Not only did I have a significant increase in my cats level of calmness - but literally at the LAST minute I saw that the sitter I use when I’m out of town had left my cat alone for almost 24 hours. Then pushed he out of bed when the cat tried to ask for minimal attention. To say I was crushed was an understatement. I was in complete tears. I have a lot going on and am kind of a single pet parent until my husband can join me in the USA. Andrhu AGAIN was a god send. One one days notice I let the other sitter go home for personal reasons and Andrhu agreed to stay - he was with her most all day every day. I came home today, my cat happy, playing with a ball at 15 years old. And now I am comfortable purchasing a kitten to make her (and I) even happier. Knowing I have Andrhu close by - he’s SO flexible. He’s honest and communicates expectations clearly which I appreciate and respect. The amount of guilt I carry about leaving her is at a zero. Down from about 200 on my last vacation. And now with our new addition coming - I consider Andrhu to be part of my cat tribe to make sure they’re all ok. I don’t want him to get completely booked (selfishly). But this is the relationship I needed for my sweet girl until my husband is allowed to live here - and for every vacation after. I highly recommend treating him with utmost respect. I have a guest set of linens, towels and hope Andrhu will help himself to anything food or drink in my home. At this point my home is him home and even if we haven’t met he is cat-family. Hire him whenever you can. The compassion he shows to even old pets it unmatched. I’m almost crying tears of joy from having my anxiety so much reduced in this difficult time in my life.”

When caring for friends/family's pets, I always ensure pets do not bolt out the door both when coming inside and leaving. When walking a pup, I always ensure their harness/collar is on correctly and have high reward treats/toys to ensure focus stays on me if there are distractions. About: I have owned dogs since I was 8, I helped watch the neighbors dogs growing up. I currently have two dogs and I also work with a foster organization. Since August we have successfully helped 7 foster dogs find new homes. We have puppy potty training down and have started working with one of our dogs for service dog certification. About: I had a Neapolitan mastiff and a beagle poodle mix. I recently adopted a poodle. I’m a dependable animal lover and will follow all your doggie care instructions. Your pups will be loved, well-cared for, have a lot of fun playing if that’s what they like! SPACE: I own my home. I have a fenced yard dog run, so your babies will be safe and secured. I have a 2300 sq ft home on .78 acres, so plenty of room to run and play. My neighborhood has one dog-friendly park within a short walking distance and we have two big dog parks close by (driving). Most roads have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, so very safe to walk around the neighborhood. But the property is large, so we walk around it too. Unfortunately at this time I am not hosting puppies (under 1 year) or dogs that are not potty-trained. I work from home two days a week and am available weekends all day. I work out and walk in the morning rain or shine. My work schedule is very flexible so I can go out for walks multiple times a day and can drive anywhere if needed. My evenings are also open. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I’m an active and responsible homeowner without kids and only 1 dog so your fur baby will be showered with love and care from me, and companion ship from a furry friend! If I am caring for your pet in your home, I can either leave my dog at home with my husband or bring her along if you wish.

I was employed at Doozy Dog Club taking care of multiple (sometimes over 60) dogs at night by myself!!!) I am very detail oriented as I know every fur baby has a different schedule a different diet and some even need medication/vitamins with their meals. I love trying to teach dogs new tricks and work on their behavior. I will always provide a detailed summary of each day with pictures!!! About: I've never been without pets in my life, big dogs and small, as well as multiple cats. I have a limited experience with guinea pigs and hamsters. I am currently going through Vet Tech school with Pierce college. I also have been volunteering at the Auburn Valley Humane Society and there cat cafe for some time now. With our 3 pups and 2 cats they get quite a bit of play time in our 5 person household. Cats are my responsibility so every day they get their litter boxes cleaned, water and food is full and clean, and that my older cat got his meds. Our dogs get poop cleaned a few times a week and are fed twice a day. It has blended into my day to day life to make sure they are happy and healthy. Watching body language is key, every animal is different on whether they want to be left alone, approached slowly or are happy as can be. The first part of Vet Tech school was body language and how to approach with everyone's safety in mind.
About: Have always had animals growing up and have continued loving to be surrounded by them, in the person that will see an animal while running errands and want to love on them. I currently have 3 kitties, 1 large breed puppy and would love to help take care of others while they are working or out of town. I am reliable and flexible! Whether just walking, dropping in to feed, water or cleaning up little boxes or messes I am willing to make you feel confident in taking the time to travel to see family or just get to work. I also willing to water plants and gather mail if needed too. Animals deserve the best! Currently have a 7.5 month old German Shepherd puppy that I take 3-5 times to the dog park in mornings and 3 cats that are just trying to survive puppy life :) My schedule is not set fully and am pretty flexible. I never want to mess up your pets routine so if my schedule doesn’t work for your pets, it is completely understandable. I will always treat your pets as I would treat my own and same with your home. I don’t want you to have to worry about others realizing your out of town so will bring in packages and try my best to make appearances so they know someone is there.

About: Hi! I am a 21 year old college student home for the summer so I have tons of free time on my hands. I've spent my whole life around large dogs, I've gained experience with feeding, walking, and playing with dogs of different sizes and personalities. I understand how dogs have varying needs, so I would approach them with patience and care to make sure they feel comfortable. I am available to walk dogs any time of day and have nights free from July 16-August 10 for overnight care! I have two dogs of my own at home and cannot offer boarding, but within the dates listed above I would be happy to stay with your dog in your home! When caring for dogs in their own home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel secure. I'll provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, water, necessary meals, and updates (pictures!) so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

I also have a doggy pool in my backyard for my big guy Merlin who would love to meet new doggo friends. He’s also friendly with cats and all animals!
