She was easy to schedule with and assured me she would not take on any other pets while she watched my cat, which brought me a lot of comfort. It was harder to find a Rover with no other pets involved than I expected. A lot of sitters on Rover take on multiple pets at a time, lock them in separate rooms or crates or have pets of their own. Those circumstances create a stressful environment for both myself and my cat so I prefer a sitter that is able to provide a stable and stress free environment. She sent me daily updates and photos which is not required but was very much appreciated. Sammy was happy and purring in all of the videos and it brought me peace of mind. She even took him outside a little for fresh air which he loves— she went the extra mile. Her communication was great & timely and she easily built trust with me. I was a little nervous leaving my dog with someone new, but Kristin was wonderful. She kept me updated with photos, which I really appreciated, and it was obvious my dog was having a great time. One of her favorite things is playing in water, so seeing all the fun she had made me so happy. She came home tired and happy, and I could tell she had been well cared for.
Chi took such good care of our dog Luna! Her communication leading up to and during her stay was amazing and it was overall a fantastic experience. My dog migi had such a great time in Connor’s care!! I love that he has such a big fenced yard cause they were out there all the time playing fetch or taking walks! I got tons of updates, videos and pictures during his stay and it was clear he was having a blast! Jessie and her family were very warm and kind to Onyx while we were away. Though our pup is still an energized young thing, Jessie and family played with her enough to help her feel exercised and distracted awaiting us to return.
