“Wow!! We have been using Rover for 10 years and Megan is our first "perfect" sitter. She is super communicative, sends pictures with excellent little daily write ups that arent too short or too invasively long/frequent, and followed our instructions to a T. My neighbor even remarked that my dog seemed happy and content when she spotted them walking the lake together. I came home to a perfectly clean house - Megan had even washed and remade the guest bed and laid out her clean towels! The house also smelled heavenly with the dinner she had made before I arrived home; she must be a great cook. Even my plants had all thrived and seemed to be very happy and growing. If the plants are happy too, you know that you found a gem! ;) Not once did Megan call or text me with an emergency or needing help with small little idiosyncrasies when staying in a new home. She was incredibly self sufficient, reliable, and respectful of my home - but also great about communicating her needs upfront during our consultation, or asking permission via text while I was away. “Khaytlen did a great job with Warrior. When Warrior first came to her he was very fear aggressive. She did a great job desensitizing him to various environments including the mall. Also, he used to bark historically in the car when someone came close. Her balanced dog training with e- collar and prong collar really works. They are effective communication tools to use. I have never seen Warrior take to someone like that. The e- collar and prong collar teach the dog what you are trying to communicate.”
“I don’t know if you’re able to review a person more than once. But I had Andrhu coming for drop in visits during my long work hours because he lives just a few blocks away. I noticed my cat who is 15 took to him right away and he paid attention to my very *particular* requests about her care. Not only did I have a significant increase in my cats level of calmness - but literally at the LAST minute I saw that the sitter I use when I’m out of town had left my cat alone for almost 24 hours. Then pushed he out of bed when the cat tried to ask for minimal attention. To say I was crushed was an understatement. I was in complete tears. I have a lot going on and am kind of a single pet parent until my husband can join me in the USA. Andrhu AGAIN was a god send. One one days notice I let the other sitter go home for personal reasons and Andrhu agreed to stay - he was with her most all day every day. I came home today, my cat happy, playing with a ball at 15 years old. And now I am comfortable purchasing a kitten to make her (and I) even happier. Knowing I have Andrhu close by - he’s SO flexible. He’s honest and communicates expectations clearly which I appreciate and respect. The amount of guilt I carry about leaving her is at a zero. Down from about 200 on my last vacation. And now with our new addition coming - I consider Andrhu to be part of my cat tribe to make sure they’re all ok. I don’t want him to get completely booked (selfishly). But this is the relationship I needed for my sweet girl until my husband is allowed to live here - and for every vacation after. I highly recommend treating him with utmost respect. I have a guest set of linens, towels and hope Andrhu will help himself to anything food or drink in my home. At this point my home is him home and even if we haven’t met he is cat-family. Hire him whenever you can. The compassion he shows to even old pets it unmatched. I’m almost crying tears of joy from having my anxiety so much reduced in this difficult time in my life.”

Rain did an incredible job taking care of our anxious corgi and elderly kitty. We had just moved from out of state and it was our first time ever hiring a pet sitter while we flew back home to visit family for about five days, so we were nervous about figuring out animal care while we were gone. We found Rain here on Rover and they did such an incredible job at taking care of them and sending cute pictures and updates while we were gone. When we came home, we could tell that they were happy and well taken care of and Rain even left a little calming dog tv for our boy in the interim of our plane landing/driving home. Xime is an absolute gem and exactly the kind of sitter every dog owner dreams of finding. We've used Xime multiple times for our two 3-month-old Shih Tzu puppies, and she never disappoints. Anyone who has raised puppies knows how demanding they are, hourly potty trips, nap schedules, kennel routines, white noise machines, kennel cam monitoring, and Xime handles all of it flawlessly, without being asked twice. From the start, she was proactive in asking for instructions and clearly came prepared. Our pups absolutely adore her, they light up the moment they see her, but then settle right into their routine, which tells you everything about how consistent and calm she is with them. She is incredibly attentive and intuitive with them, and it shows. Xime keeps a detailed log of every potty trip and what happened, plus nap times and wake-up times, so we always know exactly how their day went. On top of that, she sends regular updates, photos, and videos and she has a genuine talent for photography. The shots she captures of our pups are absolutely adorable. She is also a respectful, tidy guest in our home. We honestly would never have known she was there. Communication is easy, clear, and responsive, and booking with her is a breeze. If you have puppies especially, Xime is exceptional. We trust her completely and couldn't recommend her more highly.
Not only did Victoria make my husband and I feel fully comfortable that she was taking great care of our dog on our vacation, but when our flights got severely delayed, she also stepped up and stayed for another night and made sure to check on her the next day. We were so appreciative of all of her help ❤️
Sierra was awesome. She took great care of my senior dog while I was out of town. Her daily updates not only confirmed her food & medicine schedule, but also reports on her behavior in & out of the house. Ruth can be a stinker, but was fortunately well-behaved with her houseguest!
