“I cannot express enough how lucky we were to come across Silvia. This was the first time in 10 years that I have left town and actually felt like my dogs were in good hands. Especially my most timid girl that usually just stays in our room all day. Nala actually went on walks which she never does when we leave and our two boys who take over our companies attention got lots of it but so did our Nala girl which meant the world to us. We got an abundance of pictures and even got home to dinner. I cannot express enough how thankful we are not to just have found her but to now have her in our life as a friend. Aside from her loving our dogs, she is very knowledgeable and made sure to follow instructions we left. I will never leave my dogs with anyone else! We have a neighbor who usually texts us when things go downhill with other sitters and when I got home and ran over to talk to her, she said “I had nothing bad to say, I actually really liked her too.””

She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable leaving our pets with her. Our pups were well taken care of, our house was clean, and our frequent update texts made us know how loved our dogs were by Kristal. We even had an issue returning home due to flight issues and Kristal handled it with ease. Her boyfriend, Richard was an extra bonus and our dogs were huge fans of his too. While I was gone for 7 days she was responsive, sent me lots of pictures, gave me updates, and even cleaned up before she left. We were nervous, at first, because we have never used rover and 4 pets is a lot to watch for that long, but Shyla was great and kept us updated with everything happening. One of our dogs had an allergic reaction and she took him to the vet for us and gave him meds when needed. The house looks great and our babies are happy, we couldn't be happier with her service. She played with them, worked on their obedience, brought them toys, took them for walks, and spent so much time with them. She provided consistent communication and updates throughout her stay and even made them a website so we could follow updates. We will definitely be rebooking Faye as she was great with our pups and is one of the kindest people I’ve had the opportunity to meet. Highly recommend!”

His family has been surrounded by dogs and currently have 2 Great Danes. He's honest, trustworthy, sensitive and very patient. He would care for your pet as if it was his own.”

“Maya took care of our four dogs over one night. We met ahead of time to discuss the dogs and their needs. She was communicative before and during the stay. She sent pics and videos. One of our dogs is a cranky old medicated lady and Maya was able to give her the needed medications. Maya even came after the booking ended to let them out one more time due to our return being later than expected. I strongly recommend her for your weekends away!”
