For example, she provided stairs to help my senior dog in and out of the car. Hanna and family were great with my 2 dogs. She sent an update with pictures every day of them having fun and being loved on. Dixie loved all the toys they had and Ty loved all the attention. Her dog Milo became an instant friend. Everything was great. The only negative feedback I have was picking up the dogs was a challenge. No one answered the door or phone at our scheduled pick up time and I had to wait about 10 min but Hanna apologized and had the dogs ready to go.
We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Monique our dog, Niko, while we were on vacation. She is incredibly sweet and treated Niko like he was her own. Her home is spacious, clean, and has a great backyard for dogs to enjoy. She kept us updated every day with photos and messages, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear that Niko was well cared for, happy, and getting lots of attention and love. We felt completely comfortable trusting her with Niko and are so grateful for the excellent care she provided.
