“This was my first time booking with Diahann and not only was my baby treated like family, he was given opportunities to choose an open kennel, soft blanket, or comfy bed to safely rest his little head on during the day. The peace of mind was amazing when seeing Sterno in so many adorable pics, as well as how kind Diahann's granddaughter treated my baby as they played fetch in a wonderful video I received early on in his stay. Sterno is very active and playful, and I couldn't have requested a better sitter for him!! Diahann truly cares like it's her own dog. There are cameras, a huge yard, and Sterno was very calm during pickup, which showcased how comfortable he had been. I am adding that Diahann was very responsive to a suggested video meet, and proceeded to give a wonderful tour of her Dog-friendly and dog-safe home before Sterno's drop off date. She is thoughtful like that. You will love her too! Thank you for this caring dog-sitting experience Diahann! I will def book again!”

“From the moment we booked with Noelle we felt confident that our boy would be in very good care. Noelle exceeded all our expections, she is beyond amazing!!! We would get daily updates and photos. Jack got daily walks and play time with her sweet dogs. We will definitely be using Noelle's services in the future!”

“We were so happy we found Angela to watch our pup! She is super bubbly and friendly and made sure we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our boy ❤️ looking forward to booking with her more in the future!”

“Mariko is a wonderful dog sitter! My dogs always have fun at her house. One of my dogs is shy and timid but took a liking to her and her family almost immediately, which makes me feel at ease when I’m away. I highly recommend Mariko!”

“Taking my diva Miss Finley to Elizabeth’s for the weekend was like taking her to her favorite Aunties. She was well taken care of, went on walks and car rides, helped run errands and was so relaxed and chilled when I picked her up. It was truly a home away from home experience! Will definitely use Elizabeth in the future.”

“Kristine is awesome, got stuck in a snow storm traveling back. Kristine was very understanding. I’m very grateful I could leave my mooch with someone so wonderful. He enjoyed his stay!”

“Leslie was absolutely wonderful! My pup had the best time of her life in Leslie’s care and she got along great with all her pups too! She kept me updated daily with pics and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than her! 1000% will book again!”

“Kristin was very accommodating towards Milo who is a reactive dog! I appreciate her thoroughness in our meet and greet and she did a great job taking care of Milo while we were on our trip. I had no worries while we were away. Will def book again!!”

“LOVE Kathie! She is amazing with our Bailey, sent multiple pics each day and he has never looked so relaxed without us. I was worried when we came back he would want to stay with her because she spoiled him daily. Thank you Kathie, you are from now on the only person I want to watch Bailey.”

“Dana took such great care of our boy, Riley. She even took the time to work with him, teaching him some great, new skills. Her care and compassion for animals is unparalleled. We will definitely be taking Riley to Dana again. We highly recommend her!!”

“I felt very at ease leaving Oakley at Charlotte’s for the first time! He immediately grabbed a toy and pranced around at her house so I could tell he felt the same way :) We loved getting some videos of his time there, playing and relaxing. We would definitely recommend her to others and would be happy to book again with her next time we need it!”

“Katie is so kind and took great care of our pup. We have used her for drop-in visits and boarding. She sends daily photos and he always looks so happy. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Nothing but the best! We appreciate the time and care you gave little Pooter! And she appreciated it, too! She was beat when she got home and slept the night through without getting up for a bathroom call! Good exercise, good company...everything was great! Will Re-book with Ashleigh again and again! “Oh my Goodness Anna and her husband are fantastic! She takes such good care of your babies and is in constant contact. Anna truly strives to make you feel comfortable by taking notes on special feeding instructions and care. Her yard is beautifully fenced in and spacious for pups and best of all she is loving and playful with your fur children when you cannot be there. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”

Angela took excellent care of all four my four dogs during challenging times. Great communication with photos of the pups. Quick to respond. Angela genuinely cares, which is evident in her level of care. Unfortunately all four my dogs had various health challenges during their stay, which in spite of high demands, Angela handled professionally and promptly. One of my pups is diabetic and unfortunately had a pancreatic flare up, which is life threatening if not treated promptly. Angela took him to the emergency room and thanks to that, he recovered in no time. Angela is responsible.Highly recommended for all your dogs needs.Angela shone in the most challenging of circumstances! Look no further.

Leslie is the best dog sitter ever! She took our baby girl in with open arms, even let her sleep on her bed with her 4 other really sweet dogs! I delt very comfortable with her the minute i met her and Bonnie warmed up to her really quick too! Will definitely have her babysit our girl again! Thank you so much auntie Les!

Our dog Charles is not an easy animal. He is very needy and has not stayed away from home while we were away (we have a person come to the house), but he did well. I appreciated Katie’s updates with photos. That was always a comfort. I liked that it was a home and yard for him and he was not just kept held away from other animals the whole time. Loved it!!
Hanna and family were great with my 2 dogs. She sent an update with pictures every day of them having fun and being loved on. Dixie loved all the toys they had and Ty loved all the attention. Her dog Milo became an instant friend. Everything was great. The only negative feedback I have was picking up the dogs was a challenge. No one answered the door or phone at our scheduled pick up time and I had to wait about 10 min but Hanna apologized and had the dogs ready to go.

Zach took amazing care of my pup! He was great at sending updates so I never had to worry about how my dog was doing. There was great communication in scheduling pickup and dropoff, and he was flexible. His two dogs seemed very welcoming to other dogs as well. I will definitely have my dog stay with Zach again!

We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Monique our dog, Niko, while we were on vacation. She is incredibly sweet and treated Niko like he was her own. Her home is spacious, clean, and has a great backyard for dogs to enjoy. She kept us updated every day with photos and messages, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear that Niko was well cared for, happy, and getting lots of attention and love. We felt completely comfortable trusting her with Niko and are so grateful for the excellent care she provided. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Nancy was absolutely amazing with my dog Bella, who has anxiety. From the moment I dropped her off, Nancy was patient, gentle, and incredibly understanding of Bella’s needs. She treated Bella like her own and made her feel safe and comfortable. Nancy kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Bella came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better boarding experience and highly recommend Nancy to anyone—especially if you have a dog with anxiety.

Jinree is so good with our dogs. We went away for a few days and Jinree watched our precious girls during that time. We so appreciated her and how she goes out of her way to make sure all their needs are being met. She also is really good at keeping us updated on how they’re doing with pictures of them. Again Jinree thank you so much! We truly appreciate you!:)

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
