We would give her 10 stars instead of 5 if it were possible. No other sitter comes close to her quality of communication, passion, and care. Our shy dogs took to her and her dogs very easily and returned to us very happy, well exercised, and well groomed. She is so fantastic we are planning to have her watch our dogs for weekends even when we are in town. Yes, they adored her and seemed like they were at Disney Land on vacation while with her. “Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. We live 35 mins away from Dane and Alyssa, and the distance didn't bother us because we know our pup will be in good hands. We will book again and again!”

I am so happy I left my fur-son with Xiatong! She took excellent care of my senior boy for a week & sent multiple pictures daily to keep me informed. She even made him more chicken & rice when what I'd left ran out, which was above & beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Xiaotong if you need to travel & I'd definitely use her service again if the need arises.
Chi took such good care of our dog Luna! Her communication leading up to and during her stay was amazing and it was overall a fantastic experience. We were so happy our dog could stay with a nice family and get so much love and attention while we were away. We’ll definitely be in touch again next time we need someone to watch her! Carmen is an absolute dream and was incredibly helpful and the perfect fit to care for my iggy! Communication was smooth, fast and seamless. The photos and videos she sent were awesome, showing my ‘lil guy having a blast and “living his best life” ! She even had adorable little outfits that he wore during his stay! I can’t rate her professionalism, caring and thoughtful communication high enough! Especially as my iggy was not accustomed to being away from me, I was blown away how contented he was from the very start.
We are so grateful for Thao and her husband for taking such good care of our dog! She sent frequent updates and was very quick to respond! I can tell my dog felt right at home and was taken care of well. I would recommend Thao to anyone and will absolutely hire her again to take care of my baby!
Nancy and her family did an amazing job caring for our two Samoyeds while we were travelling internationally. Our puppies (9 years old) were welcomed into their home, and her family provided a warm, loving, secure space that the dogs could relax in and enjoy. One of the dogs required meds to be administered three times a day, and Nancy committed to this without hesitation. This was the second time we've used Nancy and will definitely be using her again. We highly recommend her and her amazing family!
Jessie and her family were very warm and kind to Onyx while we were away. Though our pup is still an energized young thing, Jessie and family played with her enough to help her feel exercised and distracted awaiting us to return.
