She has great communication, my hubby & I got picture updates. Her & weatherly hit it off from the beginning, and Kristin was super attentive to Weatherly's needs. We love Kristin so much, we actually rebooked. Weatherly will get to hang out with Kristin for 5 days, while my family & I are on a trip. She's our go to person!! “Xiaotong is a marvel. She is the best (and only) person who will ever watch our pups. As two highly anxious owners with high standards, she easily clears every bar imaginable. We would give her 10 stars instead of 5 if it were possible. No other sitter comes close to her quality of communication, passion, and care. Our shy dogs took to her and her dogs very easily and returned to us very happy, well exercised, and well groomed. She is so fantastic we are planning to have her watch our dogs for weekends even when we are in town. Yes, they adored her and seemed like they were at Disney Land on vacation while with her. We mean it when we say she is the best and that no other comes even close.”

I am so happy I left my fur-son with Xiatong! She took excellent care of my senior boy for a week & sent multiple pictures daily to keep me informed. She even made him more chicken & rice when what I'd left ran out, which was above & beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Xiaotong if you need to travel & I'd definitely use her service again if the need arises.
Chi took such good care of our dog Luna! Her communication leading up to and during her stay was amazing and it was overall a fantastic experience. We were so happy our dog could stay with a nice family and get so much love and attention while we were away. We’ll definitely be in touch again next time we need someone to watch her! Nancy and her family did an amazing job caring for our two Samoyeds while we were travelling internationally. Our puppies (9 years old) were welcomed into their home, and her family provided a warm, loving, secure space that the dogs could relax in and enjoy. One of the dogs required meds to be administered three times a day, and Nancy committed to this without hesitation. This was the second time we've used Nancy and will definitely be using her again. We highly recommend her and her amazing family!
Jessie and her family were very warm and kind to Onyx while we were away. Though our pup is still an energized young thing, Jessie and family played with her enough to help her feel exercised and distracted awaiting us to return.
