“Xiaotong is a marvel. She is the best (and only) person who will ever watch our pups. As two highly anxious owners with high standards, she easily clears every bar imaginable. We would give her 10 stars instead of 5 if it were possible. No other sitter comes close to her quality of communication, passion, and care. Our shy dogs took to her and her dogs very easily and returned to us very happy, well exercised, and well groomed. She is so fantastic we are planning to have her watch our dogs for weekends even when we are in town. Yes, they adored her and seemed like they were at Disney Land on vacation while with her. They took him on daily walks and sent us pictures and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They gave him the attention and all the cuddles he needed! They were also incredibly flexible and great communicators throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. When we picked him up, he was happy, clean, and completely himself — it was clear he felt right at home with them. We never once had to worry about whether he was being well taken care of. Zach took amazing care of my pup! He was great at sending updates so I never had to worry about how my dog was doing. There was great communication in scheduling pickup and dropoff, and he was flexible. His two dogs seemed very welcoming to other dogs as well. I will definitely have my dog stay with Zach again!
I am so happy I left my fur-son with Xiatong! She took excellent care of my senior boy for a week & sent multiple pictures daily to keep me informed. She even made him more chicken & rice when what I'd left ran out, which was above & beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Xiaotong if you need to travel & I'd definitely use her service again if the need arises.

..Sydney exceeded expectations with first time booking. I requested her walk and play with dogg in the morning and evening over the course of 3 days. She sent pictures of dogg living her best life. And tracks of mileage she walked about at both the lake park and the bike path. Also had to leave home unsecured for her access. Place was just as I left it with heat and lights on and music playing for dog as I asked. Dog is relaxed and seems like she had a little weekend of adventures with Sydney. We look forward to booking with Sydney again.
