“We boarded 2 pooches with Dana and her family. We were hesitant because one of our dogs has a stress seizure disorder which can be serious. Yet- we needed to have her somewhere while we went out of town. Dana graciously offered a Meet and greet and I was very pleased on how both dogs responded. We decided to give it a go and I am pleased to announce both dogs had a great time and we didn't have any problems. No seizures and 2 happy pups! It was a nice touch getting texts and photos from her throughout the time she was caring for our dogs. Thank you Dana and family!”

From the meet and greet where Katie listened to all the things that make Wrigley, Wrigley, to sharing what we could expect for him while in her care, to the drop off where they helped ease the goodbye (Wrigs has short-term separation anxiety), to the photos and texts during his stay, to the pickup where Wrigley clearly demonstrated that he was settled and comfortable (it took him a minute for him to even realize I was calling his name b/c he was engaging with Katie), we couldn't have asked for more. They adapted to Wrigley's needs and welcomed him right in. “It has taken me awhile to have time to write a review but not because Renee was lacking in her petsitting! My rescue pup, Cedar, and I had not been apart more than a few hours since last October when she came to me from Turkey. I needed to make a trip to Chicago and of course Cedar is too big to fit under my seat on the plane! Very nervous leaving her, my house and the 10 year old kitty, Georgi for the week I was gone. Renee was great however and made it a much more relaxing visit with my daughter than it would have been otherwise. My house was just as I left it and maybe with a few less Cedar hairs! Cedar was happy and content and Georgi loved the extra attention! I was sent photos daily with updates. Renee was quick to ask questions and get issues resolved with these two fur babies. She also cared for Georgi when Cedar and I drove to Montana in the latter part of September. Renee is quick to respond to my inquiries and very kind to the pets. Definitely will call on her again!”

About: I’ve cared for pets (dogs and cats) since grade school and throughout adulthood. Nearly 2 years ago, my precious 8-year-old “blue” Beagle got called to doggie heaven very quickly after a lung cancer diagnosis. Although devastated by the loss of my beloved pooch, I have so much more love to give fur babies. Sadly, I’m familiar with end of life care as well as giving medications and special foods. I have 2 awesome kids ages 12 and 7, and two young beagles who are quite silly and social. I work from home and can be flexible with scheduling around the needs of your pets in my home, or in yours. I’m also available for drop-in feedings, snuggles, play time, and walks. My number one priority is making sure my furry guests are loved, cared for, and having a great time! My heart is full of love for each and every pet I take care of. I pay particular attention to the all specific instructions and of course follow the cues of the precious fur babies themselves!

About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have 2 cats, a dog, and a puppy coming soon! I've also had experience caring for rabbits, fish, and farm animals! I love all animals and hope to help them while building up my Etsy shop with my nature inspired jewelry! The pets I currently love and care for have been in my life since I was young. I grew up caring for them and I still learn and adapt my ways of caring for them to keep them healthy, happy, and active in their senior years.
