“My husband and I had looked for a couple months to find a place to board our anxious Siberian Husky. Some wouldn’t take a Husky, others were too loud and busy, or they required him to be in a crate, which would exacerbate his anxiety. Then we found Charlotte and Louie. On our initial meet and greet, we shared a concern over a hole in the fence line and that our dog would need to be watched to prevent escaping, which he had done at our own home. By the next time we spoke with Charlotte she had fixed the fence! It was not expected, but it was greatly appreciated. I share this because that was just the start of the great care she gave to our anxious Macklin. She also took care of his anxious parents by keeping us up to date and sending photos. She took him on walks and did her best to get him to eat something. We know the more Macklin gets to visit with Charlotte and Louie he will become comfortable. It was a big stretch for Macklin and I wouldn’t imagine a more caring home for him to have his first boarding experience. Thank you for your enormous patience with our boy!”

“Lulu did a wonderful job of looking after our two Samoyeds. She immediately recognized that our 12 year old boy had much different care needs than our 1 year old. She made sure that our old boy had quiet time away from our energetic young boy and that our young boy had the playtime he desired. She would text updates and send pictures or videos regularly so we always had peace of mind that our boys were well cared for. Even with our 1 year old acting like a rambunctious teenager she would always send kind and friendly texts to let us know what was going on and how she was handling the situations. We highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a well trained, patient and sensitive person to look after your dogs. We will definitely ask for her services again in the future.”

“Vicky was wonderful! Right from the moment we met, I knew Wrigley was in good hands. Vicky is so welcoming, kind, and caring. She responded quickly to my questions and was great about checking in with me with photos of Wrigley while we were away. Wrigley is older and was a bit more anxious than normal (he can't see or hear well anymore) and Vicky gave him extra love which I so appreciate! Fantastic experience and will always hope she is available when we are traveling.”

“Keri was amazing! Took our pup last minute and spoiled her. She was quick to respond, with great communication throughout. She sent us pics of our Zoey during the stay. She took her for walks and we got her back bathed and her bed and bowls washed which was really sweet of her. Zoey had such a good time she sulked all night after coming home. We would definitely book a stay with Keri again in the future.”
