About: Hi, I’m Carissa! I’ve been a lifelong dog lover and have years of hands-on experience caring for my own dogs. I raised and cared for Carhart, my energetic Jack Russell Terrier, and Chip, my sweet Chihuahua, from adulthood through their senior years. Their different personalities taught me that every dog has unique needs, routines, and ways of communicating. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic grooming, administering oral medications when needed, cleaning up after pets, and providing lots of love and attention. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and making pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. As a full-time nanny, caring for others is what I do every day. Families trust me to be dependable, attentive, and responsible, and I bring those same qualities to every pet I care for. Mondays and every other Tuesday I work 7:30am-5pm and then on Wednesdays & Thursdays I work 11am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll follow their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any medications or special instructions. I’ll treat your home with respect and always make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I grew up around many animals, especially dogs! Breeds I’m most familiar with include shar-peis, pitbulls, rottweilers, and German shepherds! I’ve also taken care of bunnies, guinea pigs, leopard geckos, and bearded dragons, so no pet is too much for me! I just graduated university and am looking to return to university online to get a second bachelors degree, so I currently am not looking for a job and instead would love to be able to get out of the house and boost my serotonin by meeting people’s pets! I love cuddling with pets and seeing their personalities start to shine through as they get more comfortable! I love taking dogs on walks, seeing how long it will take a cat to choose to sit with me, and holding reptiles for as long as they like! Just being around a person’s pet while their owner is away makes me feel great since I know I’m giving the owner peace of mind while making a new friend.
