About: I can almost read your furbabies mind! Patience and love as if they were my own is what I provide. It’s all about them and what they want to do at that particular moment. I want to make sure they eat, pee and poop. Then, I feel as though my job is complete. You have to treat them as if they are the kinds. It’s funny but true?. There should be just enough time for your fur baby to fill me in on the happenings and what’s not making them happy or maybe they’re content and just want a rub down with kind words to let them know that they are in good hands until the next visit. I love animals and they love me! I am retired but currently work part time on a farm and love nature and all animals. My schedule is flexible and I aim to please. Just let me know what works for you and your schedule. I have a fenced backyard and able to simply open the doors when my dog needs or wants to go outside. Also, he visits and plays with 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor neighbors and they are very entertaining.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 13 whether it was my own, friends or family. I love to house sit and spend time with animals, I can feed them, take them on walks, and have play time with them. Im currently getting my brother on/off the bus 8am and 4pm and I am looking for something I enjoy doing to fill in the time I have open and available. How I care for different pets depends on how you want me to take care of them and if there are certain things you do and don't want me to do.

About: I’ve been petsitting/housesitting for just over 6 years. I’ve worked with rescue dogs that have trauma, dogs with epilepsy, dogs with anxiety, dogs that need high energy output, as well as senior dogs. About: With 2 years working at a dog daycare/boarding facility and 3 years as a veterinary assistant, I am comfortable working with animals of all ages and temperaments. I currently attend college Monday-Thursday until 3PM. I am available for drop in visits any time after 3pm during the week and all day availability on the weekends. I am flexible to adjust to the needs of your pet. My basic standard for drop in visits include restocking fresh food and water, cleaning litter boxes or providing an outside potty break, and one-on-one attention. I can also administer any medications or supplements that may be needed.

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
