I’ve been caring for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies for over 12 years. It started when I was young, helping family and friends with their pets, and naturally grew into fostering both puppies and adult dogs. Today, I live with a ragdoll cat, two mini schnauzer doggies, and regularly foster dogs. My 2 senior cats that I grew up with currently live with my mom. Every dog or puppy I foster and have in my home learns routines and tricks based on their needs. I’ve helped with leash training, crate and potty training, managing toy reactivity, and teaching commands like sit, shake, and touch. My pets get plenty of playtime, structure, and love and yours will too. I’m careful with pet introductions and always prioritize comfort and safety. I understand every animal is different and will listen closely to your concerns to provide personalized care. I also love sending regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and loved.

Carmen is an absolute dream and was incredibly helpful and the perfect fit to care for my iggy! Communication was smooth, fast and seamless. The photos and videos she sent were awesome, showing my ‘lil guy having a blast and “living his best life” ! She even had adorable little outfits that he wore during his stay! I can’t rate her professionalism, caring and thoughtful communication high enough! Especially as my iggy was not accustomed to being away from me, I was blown away how contented he was from the very start.
Carmen was an excellent sitter. This was Teddy's first time at a stranger's home and he absolutely enjoyed himself. He settled in quickly and loved playing with her dogs and spending time with her family. I received pictures and videos every day. I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home :-) I higy reccommend Carmen.
Carmen went above and beyond while watching our dog, Honey! From regular updates to genuinely thoughtful care, we felt completely at ease the entire time. I was very appreciative of all the photos and videos she sent! Our dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again! :)
Carmen was absolutely awesome with our pup! She sent wonderful updates with detailed info and pictures/videos and did an especially good job enforcing good potty habits and new commands for our puppy who’s still learning. I’d highly recommend her for any sitting needs, she’s got a repeat customer in us for sure!
Carmen was fantastic at caring for my dog while we were on vacation. My dog really likes her and doesn’t want to leave her home. Her kitten is also really sweet and playful with my dog too. She has excellent communication, friendly, and always sends regular updates with pictures and videos when we are away. We are a regular, and don’t trust anyone else but her. Thank you Carmen!

I work from home, and I am pretty flexible on ensuring the care needed for your pet. I have a lot of time to spoil your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard, and monitor pets when they are outside. I introduce pets slowly with positive association and ensure each pet is comfortable. I also have a fence to separate pets indoors if needed. When caring for friends/family's pets, I always ensure pets do not bolt out the door both when coming inside and leaving. When walking a pup, I always ensure their harness/collar is on correctly and have high reward treats/toys to ensure focus stays on me if there are distractions. I never overwhelm an animal and understand they take time to warm up, especially when it is my first time meeting them.
Pets
A typical day
Fetch, gentle tug of war, tricks for treats, fun walks around the neighborhood for new smells! They may also get to play with my two playful mini schnauzers and even my ragdoll kitty!
