She went out of her way to make sure my dog was comfortable, even letting her sleep in the bed with her which my dog is used to at home. “Dana provided care for my dachshund, Sophie, for just over a week. She arranged ameet-uo, as this wasmy first time using Rover, she asked wonderful questions about my girl. Sophie has only stayed with relatives before, but I ended up feeling like I was leaving her with a relative. Dana definitely understood my elderly doxie and provided her with walks along with a spacious yard ti ran around. She used TLC and it was obvious from the moment we met that she would treat her like her own doxie, Susie. I would definitely take Sophie back to Dana for care!❤”
“Yessica was so great with Cat Sammy, I will definitely be trusting her with my cat again in the future. She was easy to schedule with and assured me she would not take on any other pets while she watched my cat, which brought me a lot of comfort. It was harder to find a Rover with no other pets involved than I expected. A lot of sitters on Rover take on multiple pets at a time, lock them in separate rooms or crates or have pets of their own. Those circumstances create a stressful environment for both myself and my cat so I prefer a sitter that is able to provide a stable and stress free environment. She sent me daily updates and photos which is not required but was very much appreciated. Sammy was happy and purring in all of the videos and it brought me peace of mind. She even took him outside a little for fresh air which he loves— she went the extra mile. Her communication was great & timely and she easily built trust with me. We have 2 male huskies, and we had a hard time finding care for them before as many refuse to care due to the breed. I can’t say enough good things about Xiaotong! We left our two dogs with her for the first time and she took incredible care of them. She was very communicative and flexible with some schedule changes in our end and she sent plenty of photos. I can tell her and her family really love taking care of dogs and it was really obvious that our dogs were well loved when they were with her. 10/10 would book again!!
This is our second time leaving our pup with Ana & Alex - they are wonderful! Our dog, Tater, is a corgi and has the best time with their two corgis (especially Pickles). He adores the humans and the dogs. Knowing how much love and attention he gets while he’s with them makes it easier to leave him when we go on a trip. Zach took amazing care of my pup! He was great at sending updates so I never had to worry about how my dog was doing. There was great communication in scheduling pickup and dropoff, and he was flexible. His two dogs seemed very welcoming to other dogs as well. I will definitely have my dog stay with Zach again!

Carmen is an absolute dream and was incredibly helpful and the perfect fit to care for my iggy! Communication was smooth, fast and seamless. The photos and videos she sent were awesome, showing my ‘lil guy having a blast and “living his best life” ! She even had adorable little outfits that he wore during his stay! I can’t rate her professionalism, caring and thoughtful communication high enough! Especially as my iggy was not accustomed to being away from me, I was blown away how contented he was from the very start.

Nancy and her family did an amazing job caring for our two Samoyeds while we were travelling internationally. Our puppies (9 years old) were welcomed into their home, and her family provided a warm, loving, secure space that the dogs could relax in and enjoy. One of the dogs required meds to be administered three times a day, and Nancy committed to this without hesitation. This was the second time we've used Nancy and will definitely be using her again. We highly recommend her and her amazing family!
Jessie and her family were very warm and kind to Onyx while we were away. Though our pup is still an energized young thing, Jessie and family played with her enough to help her feel exercised and distracted awaiting us to return.
