“Yessica was so great with Cat Sammy, I will definitely be trusting her with my cat again in the future. She was easy to schedule with and assured me she would not take on any other pets while she watched my cat, which brought me a lot of comfort. It was harder to find a Rover with no other pets involved than I expected. A lot of sitters on Rover take on multiple pets at a time, lock them in separate rooms or crates or have pets of their own. Those circumstances create a stressful environment for both myself and my cat so I prefer a sitter that is able to provide a stable and stress free environment. She sent me daily updates and photos which is not required but was very much appreciated. Sammy was happy and purring in all of the videos and it brought me peace of mind. She even took him outside a little for fresh air which he loves— she went the extra mile. Her communication was great & timely and she easily built trust with me. Kirsten was wonderful with Uma! She took great care of her, kept me updated throughout the stay, and made me feel comfortable knowing Uma was in good hands. She was attentive to Uma’s needs, patient with her puppy energy, and genuinely cared about making sure she was comfortable. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the updates and photos. It was clear that Uma was well cared for and happy during her stay. This is our second time booking Vonnie and Kevin and they took great care of our girl while we were gone. They sent pictures daily and had good communication. Our dog recently started new medications and she is a bit picky about them and rhey did a great job ensuring meds were administered. When we picked up our dog it was clear to us that she was well cared for and enjoyed the attention and care she was given there.
I had such a great stay! I loved running around the yard, playing with the other dogs, and getting lots of treats and attention. My humans said the communication was excellent—they received updates and knew I was having a wonderful time. I’d definitely love to come back for another stay!
I’ve never boarded my dog before, and it was incredibly stressful. However, I had a work obligation that required me to travel out of town. Larissa went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. Gracie and I had a meet and greet, and Gracie seemed very comfortable meeting Larissa and her two pups. Gracie stayed with Larissa for two weeks with a break over the weekend. Larissa was fantastic in keeping me updated and sending pictures. Larissa was also very accommodating to any slight changes in my schedule. I highly recommend Larissa.
Cats Upstairs was a perfect place for our two cats while we were away for a week. Renate took excellent care of them, played with them daily, and sent frequent updates with photos and videos, which gave us real peace of mind. The space is clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with cats in mind. I would absolutely recommend Renate and Cats Upstairs to anyone looking for a caring, reliable cat sitter.
Dee Anne is such a sweetheart and we're so grateful for how she takes care of Max! He is so excited to spend time with her with all the quality play time and rest and adventures they have. It's a little vacation for him to stay with Dee Anne when we can't take him out of town with us and it's so meaningful to us that she's so genuinely loving, thoughtful, and kind!
