She sent pics and kept me informed on how they were doing throughout their visit. When the girls were giving her a challenge taking their vitamins, she did hesitate to ask for any tips that might get them more interested. I was very happy with the condition and demeanor of the girls when we picked them up. They were of course ecstatic to see us but had clearly been treated well and were in great spirits. Peggy is the one Sam and I look for but rarely find! She will treat your fur baby like her own! Renate was very patient, caring, and attentive to my spicy cat. Cats Upstairs is like an Airbnb for your cat. She tried many different toys with her and gave her playtime as well as space. I appreciated having many updates and photos/videos of my cat while I was out of state. Don’t hesitate to book!

This was our first time using Rover and Aliesha and we’re really glad we did. She took great care of our two boys. We knew after our meet and greet that her and her sweet dog Otto would be perfect for our pups. They seemed to fit right in and got along perfectly. We needed emergency boarding during a stressful life transition, and she provided a safe, nurturing space for our ESA (who had sadly been mistreated in someone else's care). Dee Anne took fabulous care of our big boy, Cowboy (110-pound German Shepherd)! She took him on walks to the park, played ball with him in her wonderful fenced yard, and just gave him lots of love and attention. And she kept us posted with photos and updates so we never had to worry or wonder how he was doing. When we went to pick him up, it was obvious that he had had a wonderful time. He was happy as a lark playing fetch with her outside. We will definitely trust her with Cowboy again!
Trina is awesome! She takes such great care of Max, helps him have lots of play time with her pups who he loves, and is very communicative with me on what he's up to which I really appreciate. She has helped when Max needs daily eye drops and gives him his daily dental treat which is so helpful so he can have consistency. Max has an amazing time and is always so excited to have sleepovers with Trina, Bruiser, and Peaches.
