Wish we could give her ten stars. Meredith took excellent care of our Great Dane, Stryker. She sent daily updates, photos and short videos. We were gone for two weeks and were afraid that he may not want to come home because he was having such a great time. He was well fed, got plenty of exercise. We would highly recommend Meredith, and will ask for her whenever we need a sitter.
Melody was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She’s very sweet, patient, and clearly loves animals. She has two adorable, playful little Chihuahuas, and there’s plenty of space for the dogs to run around, play, and get comfortable. I felt completely at ease leaving my pup with her and would happily book with her again.
Ethan’s home is a puppy paradise. He took such good care of my husky and was thoroughly communicative throughout her stay. If you’re looking for a professional sitter who consistently updates you and has a home/yard designed for active play, this is your sitter. Best I’ve found in Tacoma! 10/10, highly recommend!
Renate was incredible with our cats while we were gone in Alaska for 8 days! She clearly cares deeply for cats and it shows with all the enrichment provided at Cats Upstairs. We got tons of videos and pictures during our trip which made us feel so relaxed and be able to present on vacation without any worries. I’d recommend Renate to anyone and will certainly use her again!
We left our 4-month-old puppy with Kana and Brian for a long day (12 hours), and they were amazing. They handled her so well and did such a great job making her feel safe and cared for. It was our first time leaving her with someone and also our first time using Rover, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The communication is great, and they have a good yard for dogs, as well as a nice area inside for them. I'd definitely recommend Kana and will be using her again.
Great first stay with Kevin and Vonnie. Our 11 year old yellow lab was well taken care of. Hosts were great communicators, attentive and clearly enjoyed time with Lily. Their home was perfect with a large secure backyard and comfortable inside. We have already booked a future stay.
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs, and I really appreciated that she required a meet-and-greet beforehand with her own dogs. It showed me that she genuinely cares about the well-being and safety of every dog in her care—not just filling bookings. She came up with a thoughtful plan to make sure my dog would be comfortable and safe with the other dogs, which gave me so much confidence leaving him with her. Throughout his stay, Jennifer was friendly, communicative, and sent lots of pictures and updates that really put my mind at ease. I could tell my dog was in great hands, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jennifer again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dog sitter!
Toby gets so excited arriving at Dina and Irma's home that he forgets I'm even there. 😅 I'm never worried about how Toby is doing because of their consistent communication and seeing how happy and healthy Toby is when I see him again. Toby just loves them and their home!

This was our first time using Rover and Aliesha and we’re really glad we did. She took great care of our two boys. We knew after our meet and greet that her and her sweet dog Otto would be perfect for our pups. They seemed to fit right in and got along perfectly. Trina is awesome! She takes such great care of Max, helps him have lots of play time with her pups who he loves, and is very communicative with me on what he's up to which I really appreciate. She has helped when Max needs daily eye drops and gives him his daily dental treat which is so helpful so he can have consistency. Max has an amazing time and is always so excited to have sleepovers with Trina, Bruiser, and Peaches.
