My life revolves around dogs.
Hello, my name is Aliesha. I decided to join Rover to help local dog owners. For 5 years I worked as a vet assistant at a local animal hospital and loved what I was doing but realized I want to devote my life more specifically to dogs and making them happy. I have owned dogs, amoung other creatures all my life, and love animals deeply. I have done private pet sitting at my home in the past. I can administer prescribed medications, care for pets with special medical or behavioral needs, and perform basic first aid. I know basic training techniques and behavioral skills. Whether it's a lap dog, couch dog, or a nature dog, I'll love them as my own and promise to care for them as my own. I'm here for the dogs and the people that love them.

This was our first time using Rover and Aliesha and we’re really glad we did. She took great care of our two boys. We knew after our meet and greet that her and her sweet dog Otto would be perfect for our pups. They seemed to fit right in and got along perfectly. Our boys came home happy healthy and exhausted from all the play time! Will definitely use again!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🥇Best in 🐾Show🥇 Alecia and Otto 🐶 were awesome with my very active, attention-needing 100lb Velcro Doberman, Zeus, who thinks he’s a lap dog! 😂 From the moment we met them during the meet & greet, I felt completely at ease knowing Zeus would be in loving, attentive, and active hands. Alecia took him on hikes, let him play and bask in the sun in her backyard, and even allowed me to call when I wanted Zeus to hear my voice. She also sent regular photos and updates, which I truly appreciated. When I picked Zeus up, he seemed right at home, happy, and content with Alecia & Otto. If you’re looking for someone who only sits one dog at a time, is communicative, active, caring, and clearly loves dogs, Alecia is definitely “Best in Show” in our book! Zeus and I highly recommend Alecia & Otto! 🐾👧🏿
We’ve been taking our puppy to Aliesha for a few weeks now and it’s been absolutely amazing. Our pup has very high anxiety and struggles in big daycares. Once we found Aliesha so much of our own stress has been relieved knowing Bruno is so happy at her place and his overall happiness has greatly increased. She provides enrichment activities, lots of yard playtime and even takes him to the nearby creek! I’m so grateful for her kindness to Bruno and for supporting him so well. HIGHLY recommend her for daycare!

Aliesha was very accommodating and welcoming to our sweet guy! We did a meet and greet first to make sure everyone got along and it went well. He stayed 6 days and she took him on several walks, kept me updated on status and sent me pics. He’s on a special diet and gets daily meds and supplements and she was a pro at understanding his needs. I knew he was completely at ease and comfortable in her care when she sent me a picture of him sleeping all sprawled out on his back in his most vulnerable state. I would definitely choose Aliesha to care for him again. ❤️🐶
Aliesha and Otto are great with our Poppy! He adjusted to her home very fast and looked like he had so much fun. He’ll be back❤️

Schedule
Dog daycare and boarding is my full time job, so I’m able to give your pup my full attention 24/7. I am also available for holidays.

I have a fully fenced back yard with lots of running around space. My back gate opens up to a private creek with a large field for dogs that love fetch. On warm days I have a dog pool for them to play it and cooling mats. Dogs are allowed on my furniture and I don’t mind if your dog wants to sleep on my bed or be carried around like a baby.

A typical day
I take my dog on a walk every morning, Point Defiance Park is a common one. During your their stay, the walk location and duration will be based on their needs. After a good walk, the dogs can relax or keep playing, inside or outside. I have toys of all varieties and multiple treat puzzles for entertainment.
