We love dogs and have had dogs as part of our family from childhood, thru raising children to now as empty nesters. We have fostered dogs for several years and have experience caring for dogs of many breeds.

Great first stay with Kevin and Vonnie. Our 11 year old yellow lab was well taken care of. Hosts were great communicators, attentive and clearly enjoyed time with Lily. Their home was perfect with a large secure backyard and comfortable inside. We have already booked a future stay.
Twyla had been well cared for by Vonnie and Kevin many times now. It is a relief to know we are leaving her in wonderful hands while we are traveling. We will see you again soon! Thank you.
This is our second time booking Vonnie and Kevin and they took great care of our girl while we were gone. They sent pictures daily and had good communication. Our dog recently started new medications and she is a bit picky about them and rhey did a great job ensuring meds were administered. When we picked up our dog it was clear to us that she was well cared for and enjoyed the attention and care she was given there.

Vonnie and Kevin took the best care of our two dogs while we vacationed with our family. One dog is high energy and younger, while the other is older and quite finicky. They found places for the older dog to sleep and relax, while trying to keep the younger one busy with play time. The dogs were happy to go into their home and when I went to pick them up 9 days later, they were in no rush to leave. I got pictures of them almost daily and they always looked content/happy. Schedule
We are home all day with being retired and teleworking from home. We are flexible to adjust our daily routine to meet the needs of your dog's interests and needs for good health and exercise.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced backyard with many trees for shade, areas to run and play, and a deck. If requested, we can crate your dog to make him/her feel safe and secure at the times needed. We also have a pet door that is open to our fenced backyard. At night, we close the pet door for their safety.
A typical day
Go on walks. Play ball and chase. Play in the backyard in wooded area. Depending upon weather we could go to a park close by.

- We would like to know the particular routines or things that your dog likes to do that we could encourage your dog to do while with us. We also need to know if your dog bites. We sometimes watch our grandchildren, 9 and under, and so we want to make sure your dog gets along with small children.
