About: Animals have always been a part of my life growing up and I have cared for them since I was a kid. Our family has owned several dogs over the years and I understand how stressful it is to find a reliable sitter. I am currently working full time from home so I can provide plenty of attention throughout the day with a large yard, walks in the many parks and trails right here in browns point and long fetch sessions at the off leash park Full time working from home so I can give most of my attention to taking care of your loved ones. I like to provide morning and evening walks in the many trails and parks in the dash point neighborhood Large back yard for playing with many plants and trees. About: Hi there! I grew up with dogs and for the last nine years, have been a mom to my beloved chiweenie named Fynn. Friends, family members, and clients trust me with their dogs, for both short and long term stays, and I’d love to care for your pup. Fynn is very active, so we do at least two long walks a day. I live in the North End, so frequently walk in Puget Park and am always happy to take pups to Point Defiance depending on exercise needs. Of course, if your dog needs more rest, I’ll take that into account as well. I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication. I am in academia and currently on my summer break, so I’m home most of the time. Your dog will rarely be alone. Please reach out! Can’t wait to hang with your pup! I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am free on weekdays and weekends as needed, and am available for both shorter and longer term stays. The sitter I had booked months in advance suddenly decided to kick out my senior dog with special needs. Jace had just recently started his business on Rover, and after a single phone call, I immediately realized how experienced and trustworthy he was—especially as a dog owner himself. He quickly put my mind at ease and not only took Frida in on extremely short notice, but also rescued her from a negligent situation with the sitter I had hired. “Yessica was so great with Cat Sammy, I will definitely be trusting her with my cat again in the future. She was easy to schedule with and assured me she would not take on any other pets while she watched my cat, which brought me a lot of comfort. It was harder to find a Rover with no other pets involved than I expected. A lot of sitters on Rover take on multiple pets at a time, lock them in separate rooms or crates or have pets of their own. Those circumstances create a stressful environment for both myself and my cat so I prefer a sitter that is able to provide a stable and stress free environment. She sent me daily updates and photos which is not required but was very much appreciated. Sammy was happy and purring in all of the videos and it brought me peace of mind. She even took him outside a little for fresh air which he loves— she went the extra mile. Her communication was great & timely and she easily built trust with me. She returned all of his items clean & in tact. 10/10 recommend Yessica as your Rover!”

I took care of my beloved family dog, Daffy for 14 years until her passing. I have experience with elderly dogs such as giving them medicine, frequent potty breaks, etc. I have a Russian Tortoise named Gaia, I’ve had him for about 6 years now! I also have a Siamese mix named Millie, so I’ve had my fair share of live in pet experience. I currently work from home on my computer and can take breaks whenever needed to give your pet attention. My job doesn’t have a schedule, so I can be there pretty much whenever you need me!
