About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have been dog sitting and walking for over 10 years. I truly love spending time with dogs and getting to know each pup’s unique personality and needs. I’m reliable, caring, and attentive, and I’ll treat your dog like they’re part of my own family. I work full time, but I have flexibility and am able to get away for pet care when needed. I’m able to plan my schedule around walks, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention and companionship they need. I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have over 10 years of experience dog sitting and walking, so I’m comfortable working with different personalities, routines, and care needs. I take being dependable and providing loving care very seriously. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of love and attention. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but I live in a very walkable neighborhood and enjoy taking dogs on regular walks and getting them plenty of exercise and fresh air. I’m happy to adjust walks and activities based on each dog’s energy level and needs. I work weird hours and days so I’m available at times most people aren’t! If you’re looking for someone that will be in town during holidays, that would be me! “I don’t know if you’re able to review a person more than once. But I had Andrhu coming for drop in visits during my long work hours because he lives just a few blocks away. I noticed my cat who is 15 took to him right away and he paid attention to my very *particular* requests about her care. Not only did I have a significant increase in my cats level of calmness - but literally at the LAST minute I saw that the sitter I use when I’m out of town had left my cat alone for almost 24 hours. Then pushed he out of bed when the cat tried to ask for minimal attention. To say I was crushed was an understatement. I was in complete tears. I have a lot going on and am kind of a single pet parent until my husband can join me in the USA. Andrhu AGAIN was a god send. One one days notice I let the other sitter go home for personal reasons and Andrhu agreed to stay - he was with her most all day every day. I came home today, my cat happy, playing with a ball at 15 years old. And now I am comfortable purchasing a kitten to make her (and I) even happier. Knowing I have Andrhu close by - he’s SO flexible. He’s honest and communicates expectations clearly which I appreciate and respect. The amount of guilt I carry about leaving her is at a zero. Down from about 200 on my last vacation. And now with our new addition coming - I consider Andrhu to be part of my cat tribe to make sure they’re all ok. I don’t want him to get completely booked (selfishly). But this is the relationship I needed for my sweet girl until my husband is allowed to live here - and for every vacation after. I highly recommend treating him with utmost respect. I have a guest set of linens, towels and hope Andrhu will help himself to anything food or drink in my home. At this point my home is him home and even if we haven’t met he is cat-family. Hire him whenever you can. The compassion he shows to even old pets it unmatched. I’m almost crying tears of joy from having my anxiety so much reduced in this difficult time in my life.”
