“Mollay is amazing! She took care of my kitty like she was her own. Mollay sends pictures and videos, along with a note for what she did, and how Eleanor was doing. She has such a great connection with animals, and I fully trust her to care for Eleanor again. Thank you so much Mollay!!”

“We are so thankful Maria responded so quickly to our last minute boarding. We had a pet sitter prior and she ghosted us last minute and we had already left the state. It really meant a lot to us that Maria was super responsive, attentive, and extremely kind hearted to my sweet honey girl. We can’t wait to book with her again. 🩵”

About: I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks from a very young age. For the last 13 years I have worked in the pet food industry developing a knowledge and passion for pet health, behavior and nutrition. My current work schedule is Tues-Sat, I am available for walks, potty breaks and feedings before or after my shifts. Sunday and Monday there is more flexibility in my schedule and I can do mid day drop ins or longer distance runs/walks with higher activity level pets. I would love to meet you and your pet to discuss any special needs or requirements for their care. I have a fenced yard and live in walking distance to a public park and school field that can be used before/after school hours. I prefer to work with your pet in the environment which they are most comfortable, your home. I am open to short stays at my home if that is what is best for your situation.
“Andrhu was so kind and flexible. When access to the house was unavailable, at my poor planning, he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. It is more appreciated than he may know. He was very thorough as well during his drop in visits for our 2 pups.”

“Marissa was amazing, she is so sweet and our kitty absolutely loved her. She took so many pictures and made sure to update me on how everything was going. Marissa went above and beyond. She gave me total peace of mind while I was gone. I will absolutely be using her again ❤️ I highly recommend Marissa!!”

“Here’s a polished Rover review you can use: --- **Review for Rhonda** I cannot recommend Rhonda enough! This was my first time leaving my cat alone, and I had a lot of anxiety about it — but Rhonda was incredibly attentive and reassuring from start to finish. She made sure he had everything he needed, took the time to play with him, and sent lots of photos that really put me at ease. I truly appreciated the care, patience, and attention she gave him. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“I highly recommend having Paul watch your family pet. My little Ava fell in love with him. He was thorough in his visits, gave so much affection to Ava, sent photos on walks, playing outside, and just relaxing on the sofa. This was her first Rover experience and it was magnificent. Thank you Paul!”

“Wonderful to work with and it made our vacation so much easier! Since it was the first time leaving the house and needing a sitter, it was so comforting to have someone who communicated and gave us updates on our fur baby. Will definitely recommend and work with again 😊”

“Angel is the best! He loves the animals and they love him. He sends a message and pictures every visit. We know we do not need to worry when Angel is on the job. He is always on time and spends the allotted amount of time on each visit. We will hire him for any future trips!”

“Megan rocks ! She was super cool when she came over to check out the house and the animals. She sent me photos and updates, I will absolutely use her again!!! ✨”

“Quinn was such an amazing sitter for our boys! She was so sweet, communicative, and sent great updates each day with sweet pictures of our kitties to assure us that our cats were well cared for :) We would choose her again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I grew up in a large family with many pets. We had five dogs and two cats growing up, and I have had my own pets since. I’ve had multiple dogs and cats over the years, though I just moved back to Washington, so I have no pets at the moment. I currently have open availability and am able to provide visits or stay over at clients homes to care for pets. I’m able to arrange arrival and departure to fit your schedule. I am able to fit whatever needs the client has. If your pets are accustomed to being out and about in the home, I can spend time with them that way. I also am able to use kennels for feeding or sleeping if that’s what they are used to. I’m comfortable keeping things tidy and making sure it’s a safe and clean space for them to hang out.
About: I have had many dogs and taken of care many. All sizes and types. I absolutely love animals and take great care of them. I can follow any instructions you may have. They will be loved as if they were my own. We will have plenty activities to do and if they're not to active of a dog then they're more than welcome to just sit and watch tv with me! Dogs aren't just pets, they're family. For dog walking/house sitting I like to let the dogs have plenty of outside time and let them explore (supervised) and play! We have an acre of backyard(fenced) for them to run and play! I only work nights and my husband stays home with our 2 year old so someone is always home to give the dogs attention! In the morning after breakfast we usually play in the back yard for a while, and then my dogs like to relax inside after before I go to work. Then they usually wander outside with my husband and two year old walking the yard and playing ball. I have a fenced yard, and very friendly dogs with tons of energy to play! In my clients home I’m very respectful and clean. I’ll always treat your pups as if they’re my own.
“Lisa took care of our Bengal cats on a weekend getaway and she was a great communicator and did a fantastic job of handling she feeding needs. Cats were happy and content when we got home! I would definitely book with her again! Thx Lisa! 🙏😊”

“Brooklyn is awesome! She is consistent, sweet with my dog, quick to respond and so trust worthy! She will be requested anytime help with our doggo is needed!”

“Brianna was an amazing help to us when we were out of town. She cared for our 3 pups and made sure they were fed, had medicine, got bathroom breaks and plenty of love! She is so communicative and very flexible. We also really loved the amazing photos she got of our pups. Seeing her updates, photos and notes about her drop in visits with our pups allowed us to relax while on vacation.”
“Diana took good care of our cats and made sure our diabetic cat took her medicine. She kept us informed of progress and sent pictures. Would definitely hire her again.”

“I booked Deb for a few drop in visits to take care of my two cats while I was on vacation. She was great! My cats loved her, and she kept me updated with pictures and videos during her visits.”

Another great experience with Haylee! She was caring, attentive, and very reliable. Communication was smooth, and my kittens were very well looked after. 💖😺😺💖 She also took excellent care of our home & it was cleaner than how we left it. I felt completely comfortable leaving my pets with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter! 🐶🐾😺🐾

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
