Michael came twice (one meet & greet and one drop in) to get to know our dog before doing a longer overnight stay. Throughout his stay, Michael gave us lots of updates and pictures. What most impressed us was Michael’s ability to reach out right away when our dog was hesitant about eating on the first night. He had already attempted some of our go to tips, but was creative and open to find a way to get our dog to eat. Thank you for taking such great care of Finn (and our house)!
