Michael contacted me the day before he was going to take care of Klaus to ask some pertinent questions. I really appreciate it when someone is so professional and shows good communication skills. I could tell that Michael had read over Klaus' profile and that he wanted to make sure to follow my instructions to a tee. He sent me some adorable pictures of my pup while they were taking a walk He was very gracious when I returned home a little late. “Misao is very conscientious, she visited with us and Bentley at our home prior to sitting and reviewed our instructions and asked great questions. We were gone for a week and she sent pictures of Bentley daily. He did require multiple feedings every day, two walks and he doesn't like to be left alone for more than 2-3 hours, but Misao had no problem with this. When we came home Bentley was very relaxed and the home was very clean! It was like we never left. Thank you so much for the great care Misao!”
