About: I’ve been working with animals my whole life. Growing up in Idaho I worked with cows, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, and pretty much whatever else you can dream up. I’ve been dog sitting for over 6 years, both for walking and overnighting. I’m a homebody with a warm personality and am confident with my ability to grow a relationship with a pet. I’ve found that I can win over even some of the more distrustful pups, and LOVE cuddling up for a movie. I’ve grown up around a lot of animals, so multiple pet homes are welcome! The more the merrier! If your dogs like pets, walks, and having a friend in the house - I’m your guy. I am a photographer and creative, so I control my schedule. I’m very flexible, and for the most part can work from anywhere. This means that I’m available for those regular morning and midday walks, and also can be free to spend a lot of time in the home I’m sitting in. I am great at following instructions, and can create a sense of continuity in routine for your pet while you’re away. I love walking, short and long walks, and know how to find the routes that are perfect for your dog’s exercise.
About: My name is Sara Bailly and I live in a Craftsman house with a large yard in the North End of Tacoma. I have a 10 year old and 8 year old who both love dogs. I am a stay at home mom, so except for my kids activities I am pretty flexible. With two kids running around I prefer dogs that are not food and toy possessive. I am careful to watch that they are gentle with dogs, but dogs need to be kid friendly. We have a tall fence and a doggie door with access to the back porch. We generally keep dogs indoors when we are out to minimize barking for our neighbors. If your dog is crate trained that is a plus. I love dogs and have been working with them for many years. I was a veterinary technician for 3 years, so I am comfortable and capable of administering all types of medication. I have a lot of experience with training dogs too, so if you're working on something with your pup I can continue that while you are away. About this sitter: I specialize in high energy dogs, and would love to watch your dog. Does your dog have separation anxiety? Dogs with separation anxiety will benefit from plenty of exercise, love, and attention while you're gone. A tired dog is a happy dog! I cannot stay with your dog as I have a new baby, but if you live in the North End of Tacoma I am able to take your dog out on a walk twice a day. I can also bring in the mail, pick up poo, and water while you are away. Are you working on training with your dog? Well I can keep it up while you’re away. Just let me know what you’re working on and what techniques you are using and I’ll work with your dog. Does your dog have special needs like ear drops, oral medication, or teeth brushing? Having been a veterinary technician for 3 years I am very comfortable and capable with many special needs. I have worked as a veterinary technician for 3 years and have spent many years caring for my own dogs as well as family and friend's pets. Why I love dog sitting I have always loved all animals, but especially dogs. In high school I volunteered at the local veterinary clinic, and was quickly hired on. I worked there for two years before I left to go to culinary school. I have always had a dog since I was eighteen ( we had dogs when I was a kid too), and all of them have been rescues. I'm the lady who keeps a leash and treats in my car in case I see a stray. I have found forever homes for many abandoned dogs, and brought others home safely to their owners. My current pride and joy is my dog Clyde. He is an English Field Setter and a total goofball. About my yard We have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room for running and playing fetch. When the weather is warmer we fill up the kiddie pool for any water loving dogs out there. We also have a dog run along the side of the house with an even higher fence. It's about 300sq. ft. and is where the dogs stay while I am away. There is access to the house from the dog run through a doggie door and plenty of space to run. My experience administering medication Yes, being a veterinary technician for years, I am comfortable with administering all types of medication. I work during the day on Wednesday and Thursday, but have a flexible schedule. I also work in the evenings on Fridays and Saturday. I am home except for errands and school drop-off/pick-up the rest of the week. I have a fenced backyard and a doggie door leading to the back porch. We are able to close the door to keep dogs from going out at night or when we are away.
“Thank you for your continued amazing work with my Stella girl! We are both so grateful to you! You are always so accommodating and communicative, I appreciate you so much 🥹❤️”

“Rachel was an amazing dog walker and care taker for my dog Ace! She provided detailed and timely updates about her walks with him and she offered good training and guidance. She is so sweet and a joy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dog walker!”

About: I grew up with a small Shit Tzu and had a large Yellow Lab Mix as an adult for his 8-year life. I love all dogs of all size and shape! I walk 2-3 miles a day and love to have a companion for part or all of that walk. I believe in positive reinforcement or redirecting attention to communicate what is good behavior and not allowed. I want o know what your expectations are for discipline and if/what are any commands they know. My goal is your dog returns happy, loved, and as well behaved as they came to me! I work from home and take walks during the day. I leave for an hour a day for the gym or bike ride. I love having a companion during work so dogs are allowed in my home office! I have a partially fenced yard. Portions are a 4 ft high wire fence. I will follow whatever directions you provide with regards to using a crate.
About: I was the “go too” neighbor when I was younger when it came to caring for animals. I am always on time and eager to give your animal a good walk and a friendly smile. I am most notably good at dog walking, belly rubs, and tug-of-war. I walked around 500 miles in Spain last summer! This should tell you that I love to walk and would be very excited to have your pet come along with me. I have a pet of my own and I understand that they become a member of your family. I will treat your pet as such and will do my best to support and care for them while you are away. From one dog lover to another, I can’t wait to meet your furry friend. I currently have weekends and Mondays off. I like to flex my time and can fit in a visit as time allows. Nothing would make my day better then to pop in and show a little TLC. I will follow your expectations- if that’s a leash in the yard or roaming free, I understand that you know your pets needs the best!
“Nisa is terrific with my stubborn dog and manages to take him on some good long walks. She's punctual and reliable. It gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is getting his afternoon walk.”

About: We take time to get to know each client and organize our space and time around your pet's unique needs. We are not a large boarding facility and we only accept a very small number of pets at a time. As a result, we're able to follow the pace, routine and needs of each dog and cat in our care, helping to keep anxiety low while ensuring they receive enrichment, proper exercise and plenty of snuggles. Your pet will be provided care and socialization without becoming overwhelmed or lost in the pack! I'm currently a stay at home mom to human and fur babies and married to a firefighter who is also home frequently. Aside from the occasional errand, your pet will have constant companionship, interaction, walks, potty breaks and snuggles. Most pets are never alone for the duration of their stay. Being away from home can be hard for pets! Whether boarding overnight for a few days or just a work day away, dogs and cats stay as close to their home routine as possible while in my care. They'll receive plenty of play and stimulation to prevent boredom and have unlimited access to a fully fenced yard and frequent walks to be well exercised. If they just need someone to stop in, they'll receive care and snuggles and you'll have the reassurance that that they're being well taken care of and have everything they need while you're away from them. Your fur baby will be treated like one of the family when they are in my care!

“Kallie went above and beyond with her services. She offered a complimentary meet up before walking Penelope. While walking her, she left photos and a great write up that brightened my day. In time, and great communication. Would definitely recommend Kallie!”

“Blaire was great and we would definitely recommend her. One of our little dogs sometimes decides she won’t walk for a stranger but she still managed to get her and our puppy out! Really appreciate your patience.”

About: I've been a cat mom and dog friend since I can remember. My cat in college used to walk me to class, wait for me, then walk me home. She even walked - no leash - into the ice cream shop with me! Since I didn't have a dog, my neighbors would let me take theirs for walks and playtime. I was having so much fun I didn't realize I was helping them out. There's a lot of joy in those little bodies! I work from home and am very flexible. I can drop in mornings, afternoons, and even midday. Weekends are completely free. I look forward to the little breaks in routine that the kitties give! I'm responsible, punctual, communicative, respectful of your space, and most importantly - ready and eager to come play with your fuzz nuggets. I will maintain a safe, clean, fun, and loving environment while you are away, to give you and your furry family members both peace of mind.
“Chandra is AMAZING!!!!!! She did a meet and greet with me and Oakley. She provided so much information and made sure I felt comfortable. She allowed me to ask any question and was so helpful. We had our first official dog walk yesterday and it went great. Oakley adores her. She kept me posted and sent photos of Oakley on their walk. I’m so glad we found her.”

About: I have been living with dogs + cats of all sizes, breeds and personalities intermittently since 2002. I enjoy spending time and caring for all of our furry friends. I can walk, bath, play and clean up after them. I also volunteer my time as a dog walker at the humane society. One day I will own a rescue dog of my own, but until then I would like to share my compassion with your loved pet. I work as a Logistics Specialist for Amazon Thursday to Saturday from 1000 am to 1030 pm in Lakewood. I am mostly free Sunday to Wednesday. I have spent many years pet/house sitting for friends and family in recent years. I understand very well how to be respectful of somebody's property and animals.
