About: I raised my goldendoodle from 6 weeks old and he’s now 5, well trained, happy and healthy living with my mom. I’m a certified EMT, spent several years working in Urgent Care, and am applying to become a firefighter paramedic. I’ve always loved animals and appreciate the respect it takes to care for them! I am not currently working as I apply for fire departments, so I am available most of the week at any hours typically. I’m very flexible with my schedule! I am very active and love going on long walks or to the park. We have a fully-fenced yard and a three-story home, so we have the space to accommodate playing and/or crating.

About: I have taken care of dogs since my childhood, both my family dogs and those of friends and neighbors. I am comfortable giving oral medications as my dog takes daily oral medication. I have also watched our friends and neighbors cats since I was a teenager and know how special it is when they take a liking to you. My schedule is very flexible as I am currently between jobs after moving! Even when I start working it will be 3-4 days a week. My dog is not always dog friendly so I will not be bringing her on any walks. I can follow any specific directions you have about your pet as they are all unique!

About: I’m a Samoyed owner with hands-on experience caring for large, energetic dogs. I’m comfortable with strong pullers, long walks, high-energy play, feeding, basic routines, and keeping dogs safely supervised. I understand that every dog has their own personality and boundaries, so I always follow the owner’s instructions and take time to learn each dog’s routine and preferences. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to provide plenty of exercise for dogs who need it! I’m usually available 7 days a week. Same-day bookings are welcome! Please send your request at least 6 hours before your preferred start time. My schedule is flexible, so feel free to reach out if you have any special timing needs. Your dog’s safety is always my priority. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including preferred walking routes, leash and harness routines, interactions with other dogs, and any behaviors or triggers I should watch for. I keep dogs leashed throughout walks unless specifically instructed otherwise in a safe and appropriate area. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos during or after each walk.

About: Hello!I am looking for work helping out with your animals:) I am incredibly comfortable with both cats and dogs, as I have grown up with both and was tasked from a younger age as one of their main caretakers. While I do not have any animals living with me now, as I am early in my career with a seasonal environmental job, I would love to spend some time with a dog or cat and help out when needed! Having had two anxious bigger dogs growing up, I am very familiar with meeting the needs and navigating spaces with animals of different capacities in mind. I am around for any overnight needs and would love to support with good care when needed or with walks outside! I am working in a part-time position and have a roughly shifting schedule every week. I have the most availability on weekends (sat-sun) for walks, care, or overnight boarding! For the weekdays, I will have a good idea of what I will be staffing that week by the Thursday before and would keep you in the loop of when I could come by/care for your animal! I value giving notice and being a reliable addition to your life for good stable care for your animals! I live right next to Wright park and love a good walk! I believe in using this time in this service to enrich your pet’s life and am looking forward to getting to know them and engage with them! My apartment is ready for pets (as I have planned to adopt or foster dogs/cats but am holding off while I am in my current position). I am very comfortable with more anxious/aggressive presenting dogs, as I grew up with a few and feel confident in implementing differing strategies to get them comfortable and manage them while giving them experiences to be outside. About: Growing up my family had a yellow lab and many members of my extended family also had dogs. As I got older and became independent, I would dog sit for my families’ pets. The dog sizes range from small dogs to bigger dogs and at various stages of their lives. I now live with my boyfriend who has a Great Pyrenees and a Goldendoodle. When dog sitting, I enjoy taking them out on walks, playing in the yard, and cuddling. I just moved to Tacoma and am still job hunting, and while that requires a lot of time, my days are free and flexible to meet you and your dog’s needs. I am good at following directions and can adapt to your dog. I have taken care of a senior dog where he required medicine at meal times. I enjoy taking walking with the dogs and giving them lots of attention.

About: I have dog sat many dogs and they grow on me. I get to know dogs and meet them where they are. Animals complete me, I have been able to heal in my past with the help of dogs. Cancer has been a battle of mine, service dogs, as well as exercise dogs helped me through my chemotherapy process, and recovery. I don't know what I would do without my dogs. I have had guard dogs as well and they are to most loving and protective creatures I have ever known. I am currently transitioning back into working, after 3 years of bed rest. I am in remission and I wish I could be around the dogs. I usually read closely the instructions given by the owners of each client. I try my best to gain as much information so that the client feels comfortable with me, as they would their own parents. Most dogs I have taken care of will have a period of anxiety, and so I make sure to create the most comfortable environment for them.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life! I’ve always been surrounded by pets through my family and have spent years babysitting dogs and other animals for family members and family friends. I’ve also had a dog of my own and currently have three cats and a ferret. I genuinely love spending time with animals and getting to know their individual personalities and routines. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I’m currently a full-time college student, but I only have classes on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1–3:30 PM.
