About: I have worked with small, exotic, and large breed species for 6 years. I have been dog sitting since high school and really enjoy spending time with all kinds of pets with different personalities. I have experience walking, bathing, and treating animals for awhile and love helping them in any way! I am new to the Tacoma area (relocated from Maryland) and currently have a very open schedule. During the week I am available to assist in anyway such as: walking, feeding and treating pets, giving baths and overall giving them new experiences. I am also available most weekends. Interested in single time visits or regular scheduled pet care! I currently have a house with two dogs and two cats, we have a privacy full fenced back yard. I also have a vehicle and would be happy to travel to dog parks or hiking areas to give them more exercise based on the environments that would be best for each individual pet. I am also happy to work with the pet in their own home or yard if that is where they are most comfortable. I am available any time during the week and most weekends. I am available for routine visits as well or single time visits, whatever is needed! I have a house with a privacy fence and two dogs that are friendly/submissive towards other animals. I am also available to visit with them in their own home if that is where they are most comfortable. I have a vehicle and would be happy to drive to any dog park or hiking area to provide more exercise in whichever environment that is best suited for the individual pet.
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all ages, personalities, and needs. I grew up in a home with at least three dogs at any given time, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. After college, I raised my own corgi from puppyhood, which gave me firsthand experience with training, structure, and the energy that comes with young dogs. When he was 4, he suffered a serious back injury, and I supported him through surgery, rehabilitation, and long-term care. That chapter of my life deepened my understanding of patience, attentiveness, and specialized care (especially for dogs with conditions like IVDD or degenerative mobility challenges). I’m also very comfortable caring for senior dogs and providing the extra gentleness and support they need. Recently, I said goodbye to my sweet boy, and it’s been a meaningful transition. Caring for other dogs feels like a natural and fulfilling way to stay connected to the companionship I love so much. In addition to dogs, I share my home with two cats and truly enjoy caring for feline friends as well. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort zone, and I always do my best to honor that. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and professional. I take pride in treating every pet as if they were my own - with care, patience, and genuine love. My goal is to make you feel completely at ease, knowing your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands. Thank you so much for considering me. I’d love to meet you and your furry family member! (And if you have a corgi…ask about my corgi discount!) Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize the needs of the pets I’m caring for - whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening visits. Because I’m able to structure my day around bookings, I can give each pet my full attention without feeling rushed. I’m consistent, punctual, and able to adapt to your pet’s specific routine to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so I intentionally make it a central part of my day rather than something I have to fit in. I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. In my home, I make sure visiting dogs feel comfortable, secure, and part of the routine. Because I have cats, I do require that dogs are cat-friendly. That said, I understand every situation is unique, and I’m able to keep my cats in a separate space if needed to ensure everyone is safe and stress-free. I always supervise introductions (if appropriate) and prioritize a positive, controlled environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible; feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. I’m respectful of your space, detail-oriented, and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. In both settings, I prioritize safety, consistency, and lots of love and attention so your pet feels happy and well cared for.
About: I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks from a very young age. For the last 13 years I have worked in the pet food industry developing a knowledge and passion for pet health, behavior and nutrition. My current work schedule is Tues-Sat, I am available for walks, potty breaks and feedings before or after my shifts. Sunday and Monday there is more flexibility in my schedule and I can do mid day drop ins or longer distance runs/walks with higher activity level pets. I would love to meet you and your pet to discuss any special needs or requirements for their care. I have a fenced yard and live in walking distance to a public park and school field that can be used before/after school hours. I prefer to work with your pet in the environment which they are most comfortable, your home. I am open to short stays at my home if that is what is best for your situation.
About: Hi there! I’m Quessandra (Coach Q). As a lifelong animal lover with a strong background in healthcare, public safety, and fitness, I bring reliability, patience, and energy to pet care. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, administering medication, or simply providing companionship, I ensure your pets are well cared for and happy. Growing up on a dairy farm, I developed a deep understanding of animal behavior and care. My experience as an elite powerlifter means I can handle large or energetic dogs with ease, while my attention to detail ensures every feeding, grooming, and exercise routine is followed precisely. From playful pups to senior pets needing extra care, I provide dependable service tailored to their unique needs. Let me help keep your pets healthy, active, and loved while you’re away! Looking forward to meeting your furry family members! I’m currently looking for part time work, I’m a competitive lifter and I’m trying train for that full time while being able to not work the normal 9-5. My pets are part of our family. They get fed twice a day, both litter boxes scooped daily, dog gets taken on twice daily walks to poop.
About: I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring for dogs. I’ve spent years helping friends and family with their pets and am comfortable handling different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, and because I work three shifts a week as a nurse, I’m home frequently on my off days to give dogs plenty of attention and supervision. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that means walks, playtime, crate training, medication, or a quieter stay if they prefer being the only dog. My goal is simple: a safe, relaxed environment where your dog feels comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I work three shifts a week as a nurse with my schedule changing weekly, so on my off days I’m home a lot and able to give dogs consistent attention and structure. I’m able to help care for and interact with dogs in any way that’s required. I’ve had needy dogs that have to be by your side every second and the more independent dogs that prefer less attention and I’m happy to work with both. I'm good at reading dogs and letting them dictate our interactions as far as providing them attention and care. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, which means safe outdoor time, fresh air, and room to stretch. I don’t have pets of my own, so the environment stays calm and predictable.
About: We have both taken care of pets since we were young! I (Alexa) have grown up with furry friends my whole life, and I LOVE all animals (though I do have a soft spot for dogs). Connor has grown up with pets his whole life as well. We’ve pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors before, with all kinds of critters. Alexa has experience volunteering at local animal shelters, and has had the pleasure of listening to Lee Asher speak in person. We are also currently the owners of a small dog, a big dog, and a very mischievous cat. We are both very well equipped to care for animals anywhere from a mouse to a horse. Your babies are in wonderful hands with us. I (Alexa) currently work as an EMT, which means I work only 7-8 days per month. That leaves plenty of time to go wherever duty calls! Connor gets his work schedule week by week, but normally has Fridays and Saturdays off. We are willing to house/pet sit for you, walk your animals, and do daily checkups for you as well. In a clients home, we will respect your space and only do what is necessary. You can count on us to make sure your furry friend has all that they need while you are gone, in the safety and security of your own home.

I’ve provided lifelong, hands-on care for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, a rabbit, fish, amphibians and reptiles. I raised my chihuahua from puppyhood through her senior years and have experience with daily routines, exercise, enrichment, and age-specific care. I’m also comfortable with specialized needs, including administering vet-prescribed medication and providing supportive care for sick or recovering pets. Caring for species like white tree frogs and bearded dragons has made me especially attentive, detail-oriented, and consistent with instructions. Pet parents can count on me to be calm, reliable, and communicative. Van is my dogs favorite person!! They have put in the time and effort to get to know his personality and make him feel special and cared for. He can be difficult at times and Van has been excellent at communicating and working through those moments with us. Not to mention the best dog photographer in town! 10/10 recommend booking Savannah to care for your pet

This was my first time using the dog walker service. Priscilla put my worries at ease and treated my pup with so much love. Great communication about timing and offered to spend some time playing with him since that seemed to be what he needed. Will definitely book again if needed!

This was our first time using Michael to walk our dogs. Michael came to our house to meet the dogs beforehand. He came in and got down to their level, petting them and played with them and allowed the dogs to get to know him. He There after, each day like clockwork he showed up and walked the dogs through the park. I would and will use Michael again next time.

Kay met with us before starting to work with us, and she is very kind and loving towards our pup! Our pup is nippy and can be stubborn haha, but she’s very understanding and still loving towards him. She was on time for his walk today and did a very extensive walk with him! He was tired afterwards and napped until we got home from work! :)

There is not much more I can say about Alyssa that I already have. She is very caring. My fur baby Myka sits and waits by the door on the days she knows she is coming. Alyssa always gets down to Myka’s level and gives her plenty of love before they start their walk. Alyssa always keeps me informed about what Myka does on their walks. She is very conscientious about letting me know about arrival time and changes in schedule. She is extremely pleasant and helpful. We have been blessed to have her in our lives and hope she never leaves.
