“Stephanie is amazing. She stayed for a week with our two huskies and they absolutely loved her. She walked with them even with rain and cold weather ensuring that the pups got their daily exercise. Communication was excellent with detailed information of their day and multiple pictures of their daily adventures. She took care of our home and pups as her own. We can tell when our pups have a good time and I think they didn’t miss us at all. She was great handling stressful situations with other reactive dogs and kept them safe. She is very professional and experienced handling dogs. She went above and beyond.”

“Wow!! We have been using Rover for 10 years and Megan is our first "perfect" sitter. She is super communicative, sends pictures with excellent little daily write ups that arent too short or too invasively long/frequent, and followed our instructions to a T. My neighbor even remarked that my dog seemed happy and content when she spotted them walking the lake together. I came home to a perfectly clean house - Megan had even washed and remade the guest bed and laid out her clean towels! The house also smelled heavenly with the dinner she had made before I arrived home; she must be a great cook. Even my plants had all thrived and seemed to be very happy and growing. If the plants are happy too, you know that you found a gem! ;) Not once did Megan call or text me with an emergency or needing help with small little idiosyncrasies when staying in a new home. She was incredibly self sufficient, reliable, and respectful of my home - but also great about communicating her needs upfront during our consultation, or asking permission via text while I was away. Truly a perfect sitter. I highly recommend you book with her.”

About: Growing up my family had a yellow lab and many members of my extended family also had dogs. As I got older and became independent, I would dog sit for my families’ pets. The dog sizes range from small dogs to bigger dogs and at various stages of their lives. I now live with my boyfriend who has a Great Pyrenees and a Goldendoodle. When dog sitting, I enjoy taking them out on walks, playing in the yard, and cuddling. I just moved to Tacoma and am still job hunting, and while that requires a lot of time, my days are free and flexible to meet you and your dog’s needs. I am good at following directions and can adapt to your dog. I have taken care of a senior dog where he required medicine at meal times. I enjoy taking walking with the dogs and giving them lots of attention.

About: I've had pets my entire life and have walked dogs, house sat with cats, and have done drop in visits on and off for years now. I understand pet care is particular and unique and would love to relieve the burden that is worrying from afar! I am currently attending college online and will be working to help sustain my life while doing so through side work! It is self paced so I am flexible. I do not offer services in my own home but will make sure your pets are always safe and well taken care of in your home or neighborhood.

About: I have taken care of dogs since my childhood, both my family dogs and those of friends and neighbors. I am comfortable giving oral medications as my dog takes daily oral medication. I have also watched our friends and neighbors cats since I was a teenager and know how special it is when they take a liking to you. My schedule is very flexible as I am currently between jobs after moving! Even when I start working it will be 3-4 days a week. My dog is not always dog friendly so I will not be bringing her on any walks. I can follow any specific directions you have about your pet as they are all unique!
