Tessie had a medical emergency that required a visit to the vet. EJ handled the issue proffessionaly and compasionately and made sure the Tessie got the proper treatment, kept me informed, and followed up with the appropriate treatment when they returned home. Tessie is doing well. Tessie was well cared for while I was away. The house was spotless. EJ was exceptional.”
