About: Coming from Texas I have grown up caregiving for animals with different needs since I can remember. I have experience in training puppies. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of the needs of senior dogs, providing them with the gentle care and attention they require. Also have experience with very high energy animals. My services are personalized to each pet’s individual needs, and I pride myself on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment for all animals under my care. My commitment to constant communication with pet owners ensures peace of mind while you are away. *Can provide pick up and drop off services* I work from home throughout the week where care will take place. I only offer boarding for pets who are okay with a dog as I like to always make sure I am around caring for my dog. I currently care for my dog who absolutely haves loving any kind of animal friend around for company. I am able to provide constant updates and consistent breaks. If requested I also love to take the dogs to local fenced in private sniff spots to run and play. I have an unfenced yard outside and will take your dog out on the leash as I do with my own. I maintain a very clean sanitary environment and provide treats, pets, and toys. I closely monitor throughout visits. I establish a consistent routine for potty breaks and exercise. If I do step away I ensure my dog is kenneled for extra safety and would prefer if you do have a kennel for your pet but is also okay if you do not as long as safety is not a concern for you or they are use to being out when alone.
About: I worked as an unliscenced vet tech at a high volume shelter in Texas. I have worked with TNR programs, as a behavioral assessor for a dog rescue and I have 10+ years of experience handling dogs/cats. Currently I have one dog and one cat who are my great loves. I know how to administer vaccines, do CPR and first aid, and give oral medications. I am currently in school to get my vet tech liscence and enjoying life as a single parent. I have plenty of time during the day to dedicate to taking care of your babies as if they were my own. I am all about positive reinforcement. Treats, games, all the pets and praise are the best way to take care of an animal. I have gone through fear free training, my dog is a psychiatric service dog I trained my self and I have taken three german shephards through canine good citizen training. I am happy to walk, play with, feed/water and help with light training.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, even goats! Caring for them has always been second nature to me. As I got older, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter, walking dogs and occasionally opening my home to board them. Over time, that grew into fostering pups through a rescue, which has been one of the most rewarding experiences—helping dogs feel safe, loved, and ready to meet their forever families. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a wise senior, I have experience with dogs of all ages, and I truly enjoy giving each one the love, patience, and care they deserve. I am currently a stay at home mom to my kids, ages 10, 7 & 5. I am home most of the day, if we do leave for an outing it’s no more than a few hours. Caring for pets in our home, with our fosters we have a good system of slow introduction with our current dogs (male, 7yrs, female, 4yrs) who are very dog friendly and use to random dogs being at our house haha. Once we know everyone will get along we let them meet in the backyard, with leash attached. If they are staying over night, they will sleep in a wire crate (we have a large double crate) they will eat their meals in their crate as well, to avoid any food aggression. The kids can be loud and busy, so we would need to assure the dog won’t be triggered or lash out at that type of behavior. We haven’t had an issue with this so far.

I can come mornings and evenings any day of the week. I will treat your home and pet as if they were my own and follow any and all rules you set for your pets care.

Tacoma dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alyssa has been nothing but amazing! I first booked her for dog walking while we were out of town for a week and our friend staying with Sully worked long hours. I received multiple pictures everyday of their walking adventures; you could tell Sully really enjoyed his walks with her. Today he had his first day of daycare at Alyssa’s home and again I received multiple pictures and updates on how he was doing with her dogs. He has since come home and has been relaxing at my side. We are going to do weekly daycare with Alyssa and will definitely book her for pet sitting or walking when we are out of town again!! I cannot recommend her enough!!

If I could give Mandy & Greg ten stars, I absolutely would. Genuinely some of the kindest, most attentive, careful, and devoted dog-care people I've ever met! Their home and yard are beautiful, easy to get to, they were very communicative, and I got 3 pictures and a video during a daycare day. My boys were so happy when I picked them up - if I lived in Tacoma they would be with Mandy & Greg multiple times a week! I cannot recommend them enough. Very grateful for the excellent care.

Haley, thanks for giving Timmy a safe and stimulating daycare day! I can tell he had a lot of fun going on adventures in the neighborhood with you. A good balance of exercise and rest is what he loves! Thank you so much for being flexible about pick up as well, we had a wonderful time at Ren Fair and hope you get to go next year! Definitely consider booking Haley, she made my anxious boy feel safe and met all his high strung needs. Anxious and attachment issues can be challenging, but she really did put him at ease. So thankful!

Kate was very friendly, wonderful with Enzo and worked with me and my schedule. She has a great backyard, where he loved to explore and run around. I was so appreciative of Kate being able to jump in and watch him for the day while I was at work. I highly recommend her and no doubt we will see her again!

My pups and I are so incredibly thrilled and thankful that we found Danielle as our permanent sitter! Her energy is truly wonderful and as a pet parent, I feel relieved seeing my dogs happy to see her each day that they are in her care. My dogs took to Moshi and Danielle's partner as part of their little pack. It really is the cutest thing, and she is exceptional at the level of service, responsiveness and open communication about my two dogs. Danielle is definitely a 5/5 highly recommend doggie caregiver. THANK YOU, DANIELLE!! <3
