“Dianna was excellent with my 10-day post-op angry scared-y cat. Nigel was recovering from surgery and still needed medicine while I was away. He was stressed to be left alone and gets upset and aggressive when he is handled, but Dianna met him on his level and was very patient with him. She helped him get comfortable with her at his own pace and didn’t force him. She even managed to get him to take his medicine! Dianna was very communicative through all of it and let me know about Nigel’s struggles and successes throughout the weekend. I would absolutely recommend Dianna!”

These two are the best. Lauren was incredibly communicative, provided thoughtful updates throughout our trip, and was so warm and caring with the animals. Ernest was equally wonderful—our pups don't always warm up to new people, especially men, but they took to him right away. We came home to very happy, relaxed dogs (and cat!), and I honestly think they were disappointed their new friends had to leave. We felt completely at ease knowing our pets were in such good hands and will absolutely be booking with them again!
Danielle was so wonderful! I received so many pictures of my boys, it makes me so happy to see all the fun and love they got while I was gone! Shay is the most professional, and reliable, and just “above and beyond” dog sitter you could ever ask for! Our pup had a better time with her than she does with us at home! I would give Charolette 6 or 7 stars if I could! She was amazing with my two little dogs and they now LOVE auntie Charolette. She was great about communicating any questions or concerns that came up.
