Shay is the most professional, and reliable, and just “above and beyond” dog sitter you could ever ask for! Our pup had a better time with her than she does with us at home! I would give Charolette 6 or 7 stars if I could! She was amazing with my two little dogs and they now LOVE auntie Charolette. She was great about communicating any questions or concerns that came up. She cleaned up without hesitation when the dogs made "deposits" in inappropriate locations, and our house was perfectly tidy when we arrived home to happy, calm puppies.
