“Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. We live 35 mins away from Dane and Alyssa, and the distance didn't bother us because we know our pup will be in good hands. We will book again and again!”

She let me know this and was trying to figure out some way to get him to eat his food. She ended up mixing wet food in with his dry food and my dog ate it up! I appreciate her for doing this so much! My dog also doesn’t get along with other dogs very well as he barks at them a lot. Esther told me she could help by doing a slower introduction to see how my dog would handle it. I have not been able to find anyone willing to take on this challenging situation, until I found Cassie on Rover. I swear she can walk on water and is a cat whisperer. She took the time to come and watch me do a glucose test and insulin injection before the first trip I've been able to take in 7 yrs , knowing she would take good care of Punkin. I was gone for 8 days and she came twice a day and Punkin didn't hide from her like she does with everyone but me. I could not recommend her highly enough and will definitely be planning longer trips, using Cassie without worrying my cat would suffer. About: Update: We have adopted 7/7/26 a Shih-tzu 10lb. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. (My daughter got a dog now-7/7/2026) Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always care for them as if they were part of my own family. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home in the evenings, the timing is perfect for winding down, they can relax in my office while I work or in our living room or room. In my home: Safety is my top priority. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, that connect directly to our lower living area allowing for secure and easy access for potty breaks. For variety i can take them around our neighborhood for walks and can utilize a large park at a nearby school for additional play time. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.

About: I’ve been caring for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies for over 12 years. About: Some things that I've done with all my own dogs as well as when dog sitting/walking for family friends would be; Walking, food/water, playing, potty time, and lots of petting. My own dogs (2 past, 1 present): -My first dog was a beautiful golden retriever named Bo. I taught him some basic commands with sign language when I was little. He taught me a lot about how to act and move around dogs, as well as how sweet they can be. -My second dog was my giant baby, a half english mastiff, half short-haired saint bernard named Scar (aka bunny, aka goober). I held him when he was the size of a potato, and then continued to do so when he grew to 150 lbs. I taught him how to stop, cross the street with me, and slow, all with verbal commands. -My third dog is a half black lab, half golden retriever, full fluffy goofball named Buddy. He loves to join any conversations going on with his barks. His smarts aren't always there, but his heart absolutely is. I'm at home most of the time and with a pretty open schedule. I'll have tons of time to make sure pets are well cared for and happy. My own dog is on the older side, but has plenty of energy to spare and share with your four legged family. I have a decently sized fenced in backyard that's great for all sized dogs to get their energy out.

About: Hi! I am a 21 year old college student home for the summer so I have tons of free time on my hands. I've spent my whole life around large dogs, I've gained experience with feeding, walking, and playing with dogs of different sizes and personalities. About: I've grown up with an array of animals and never stray from hard or dirty jobs. I am well versed in large and powerful dogs as they are all I have had growing up but that absolutely doesn't mean I won't take on the smaller ones. I have experience in home visits, walking, bathing, and ear cleaning to ensure your pet gets all the care they need! As of right now my schedule is wide open but eventually I will be needing to move to evening care. I will absolutely update and communicate when these needs change I want your pet to be the most comfortable they can be with me. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. “Esther is amazing! She’s really great with animals and it really seems like she cares. My dog Kylo had an extended stay with Esther and he wasn’t eating his food. She let me know this and was trying to figure out some way to get him to eat his food. She ended up mixing wet food in with his dry food and my dog ate it up! I appreciate her for doing this so much! My dog also doesn’t get along with other dogs very well as he barks at them a lot. Esther told me she could help by doing a slower introduction to see how my dog would handle it. She said he did really well and ended up making a friend! Esther is great with communication and with sending pics of the ole pup, which helped to put my mind at ease. I would definitely book Esther again to take care of my doggy, she’s wonderful.”
