Jeanie and Michael were an amazing choice for our large Bernese Mountain dog! From day one, we could tell they genuinely love dogs. They took him on daily walks and sent us pictures and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They gave him the attention and all the cuddles he needed! They were also incredibly flexible and great communicators throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. When we picked him up, he was happy, clean, and completely himself — it was clear he felt right at home with them. We never once had to worry about whether he was being well taken care of. We’ll absolutely be booking with Jeanie and Michael again. Highly recommend!

This is the first time leaving my two dogs with them at their house and I would ABSOLUTELY trust them for another stay. It was a no hassle drop off. One of my dogs, Zelda, can be a bit anxious and tends to bark around new people. I was put at ease when Jeanie let me know she had started settling in within 20 minutes which says a lot about her level of comfort with them. They were responsive sitters throughout the week they had them and loved that they took them to the park, gave them walks, and plenty of cuddles. Can't say enough positive things about how well they were taken care of! Pups were sad to leave them, which is all that needs to be said. 100% recommend.

Jeanie and Michael took incredible care of my Great Dane! They were both accommodating of my hectic holiday travel schedule and had flawless communication while my dog was being boarded. They provided a safe environment and excellent care for my dog while I was away. If you’re looking for a sign to book Jeanie and Michael let this review be it!

I’ll start by saying I’m a neurotic dog mom 😅 and I was honestly pretty nervous about using Rover in the first place. I’ve been putting it off using friends but couldn’t make it work this time. That said Jeanie & Michael were so wonderful and really put me at ease. They were great communicators and I really appreciated that being nervous as a first time rover user. They sent a ton of pics and updates, and were so good and engaging with my pup, Zuzu. I never felt out of the loop or worried about how she was doing. I can tell they genuinely care and aren’t just doing the bare minimum. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience. I felt they went above and beyond, with her walks (I have the Fi collar so I can see her daily steps- told ya I’m neurotic lol), and with sharing updates. Will be using them moving forward as my go to sitter 🐶💛

Jeanie and Michael were very great at boarding and watching my dog! I knew she was in safe hands! They made Bella very comfortable and happy! They sent pictures throughout my trip of Bella that is reassurance that Bella was in good hands! Very communicative and nice! I would definitely book again!

Jeanie is a wonderful dog sitter! She has taken care of my pups like they are her own. She loves to take them on walks and hikes! I always feel at ease when my dogs are with her while I’m on vacation because I know they are getting the care and love they need.
