I play with animals all day 24/7, either at home with my baby Lily, dog walking clients, dog park adventures or sleepovers with my furry client friends. As a full time animal service provider I do have a busy walking schedule, I ask that all considering petting to review this first. Walking Requests: Walking Clients: Monday, Wednesday,Friday are my busiest times working 6-8hrs. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my short days with 3-5hrs Weekends are prime for one on one time with sit clients and drop ins. Currently not doing walks on the weekends. Drop Ins: This is my current most available option right now. If your fur baby is a dog I will walk, play, feed, and water. If you're a kitty lover (cats rule!) After potty and meals we are playing with toys and/or snuggling, depending on their personality. Sitting Requests: I love sleepovers with my clients! With that said, as stated above I do have walking clients 4-8 hrs a day M-F. I can modify this schedule on occasion, it is very important you detail how long your pet can be alone. Sitting jobs is were you'll get the most fun, I always do one on one play time if there are multiple pets, if they are dogs we go on adventures around the Puget Sound. If they are cats, we chill at home with indoor play and snuggles. I DO spoil them, and I mean that with the most heartfelt love! All toys/treats that I buy during the stay are complimentary.

Safety, trust & environment

I’ll be in your home, so I’ll abide by your rules and requirements on food, exercise and training. I’ve worked with kennel trained dogs and non kennel. I like to keep dogs active so if we are walking, or on a hike; we’re tossing a ball or playing in the yard. On average dogs sleep 17 hrs a day so if we're not actively playing they are napping while I work on my business or reading. During sit jobs I stay with your babies all day unless I have a drop in request or walks depending on the day.

Information Jeannie G. would like to know about your pet

As much details about your fur babies personality, including reward system, fears and anxiety triggers. I’ll also want to know if they have had any professional behavioral training before. Most important for sit jobs is length of time they can be alone. I can make adjustments to fit your needs but not all the time and typically walk clients 4-8hrs M-F.

A typical day

I love taking dogs on hikes, to the lake to swim or the park for some ball throwing action. I’m not a huge fan of dog parks as not every dog is ready for that, I’ll need to know your dogs behavior with other dogs and humans before I take a dog to a off lease dog park. My favorite thing to do is take my clients on adventures. For example: I took a Golden Retriever on a trip to downtown Seattle and visited all the touristy spots with photos. I took two of my clients to Poo Poo Point at 7am for a half day adventure. The sky is the limit, whatever is fun for your baby!

Adventures with Jeannie! PLAY TIME!

Pet care experience

Welcome to more Adventures in 2023 with Jeannie I’ve been a cat owner my whole life, surrounds by dog owners. I started with Rover year and a half ago. I travel south at least twice a year to learn and grow with my friend in Oregon who is a dog boarder and trainer. She has taught me so much so she has on multiple occasions had me take care of her 7 pups and 6 cats, on top of client pups for multiple weeks alone. I’m great at rope leash training and clicker training. Im comfortable using e collars for our more rowdy walkers. All my expertise comes from a professional dog boarder and behavior trainer, with that said I am not a certified trainer and my skills are basic in form. Special Needs: I am comfortable giving meds and shots to clients. I currently have 7 repeat clients that need shots/meds. I love all animals young and old. I tailor my services to eat pets personality, making sure they feel safe, happy, and calm (minus zoomies of course).

Thank you for making multiple trips in order to open & close windows due to the extreme heat while we were gone!
