Pet care experience

The More The Merrier!

I’ll gladly care for, love on, and even help with training if needed. All of the fun services I provide include tons of outdoor time for the pups regardless of the weather(unless specifically asked otherwise) , tons of attention for both cats and dogs, love, and care while you are away. At the end of the day love, consistency and attention is all they really want! And who blames them! It’s why we have them. I have spent the last 7 years doing what I love with animals(pet sitting, dog walking, etc) in a non professional environment. The last 5 years I have volunteered as a foster parent and dog walker for the Regional Animal Services of King County and have my own fur babies at home as well( both 🐱 and 🐶). I am very understanding of dietary needs and restrictions, personal wants/routine a family may have, basic medication needs, and overall care needs of each family. I am willing to learn, grow and love your family’s biggest lover!

Marcola was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond by offering multiple times to meet in person beforehand, which really showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism—even though my schedule didn’t allow it. It was clear from the start how much she genuinely loves and enjoys caring for animals. I felt completely comfortable trusting her with my three cats, even without meeting beforehand. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Marcola is an amazing sitter each time we book with her! Our Kona had the best Christmas with her and her family. Can’t wait for the next time the girls can hang out again 😊

Schedule

I am currently working part time, and school from home. I work 5 min away from my residence, and stop in frequently on days I’m at work more than 5 hours. Meals, play time and potty breaks are tailored to your individual pet ( these times can be discussed when planning care), and I love photos so be prepared for those during their stay as well!

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in an apartment
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 1 dog, 1 cat
Children 6-12 years old
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs not allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Safety, trust & environment

Regardless on if care is at your place, or mines, fur babies get outdoor fun time, potty breaks, unlimited water supply, and lots of care. I do have a puppy and a cat of my own, so I do require meet and greets before care to ensure each pets safety while in my care. I do ask that families provide crates if their pup is in need of a crate bigger than 32’. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture here, so if your pup has a special blanket or bed, feel free to bring that as well!

Pets

A typical day

We love to stay active in my home! Even when it’s colder than usual, my son and I love frequent hikes, visits to the dog parks(we have one RIGHT in our complex), and just exploring in general, so if you have a high energy pup, he is going to love it here! My longest work day is Monday, getting off at 5:30. But we have an extremely big field right next to our home where the pups can easily chase geese and run as much as they please!

No breed preference or restrictions here and I would love to know about your pup. The more information I have, the better I can prepare and care for your pup. With a child in the home, more aggressive behaviors would have to be worked with outside of my home, and possibly work up to other accommodations. I can usually care for pups with separation anxiety, so if this is your pup, please let me know in advance while speaking about care, so I can accommodate them accordingly. My schedule is flexible, however, without proper notice, I would have to possibly turn anxious behaviors (barking, howling, nonstop digging, etc.) away. I want create the most calming environment for your fur baby while you are away, so if this sounds like your pup, let me know, and I can possibly move my schedule around to make your fur baby feel more secure while you are away!
