About: I've been an animal lover since I was young.I have three dogs of my own.Which two of them were fosters that I ended up adopting?And one I adopted from texas, I have fostered many dogs and found them great homes from texas and california, mainly they keep in touch with them.I get to keep watching them.But the last foster that I adopted doesn't really want another dog here.She's okay with it, but I really have to watch her so I think it's not time for her to have any more fosters yet.So I would like to help others with their dogs or cats. I am recently retired.Have three dogs of my own am.Looking to be a pet sitter, dog walker.Anything else that could possibly be needed, not looking to board in my home yet. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and have experience with both dogs and cats of all different ages, personalities, and needs. I’ve cared for seniors, special-needs pets, anxious animals, and pets who need oral medications or a little extra patience. I’m big on following each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — meals, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime, and all the little things they’re used to at home. Some pets want to be attached to your hip, while others need time and space to warm up, and I’m happy to let them set the pace. I have two cats of my own and have had cats throughout my life, so I’m very comfortable with cat care as well as dogs. I’m used to everything from easygoing pets to the stubborn, mischievous, and “will absolutely eat that if you turn around for two seconds” variety. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll pay attention to your instructions, keep you updated, and make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I spend most of my free time at home and have a pretty flexible routine, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, playtime and company. We always start the day with a morning walk before I head to work, and I’m usually home by 3pm for the rest of the afternoon and evening. When I’m not home, my husband usually is, so there’s typically someone around to keep an eye on things and give your pet some company. I can sometimes accommodate short-notice requests, and I live right next to two parks in a safe neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. My home is kept pretty pet-safe — my two cats are professional troublemakers, so they’ve made sure we don’t leave much out that curious pets can get into. It’s just my husband and me at home, so there aren’t lots of unfamiliar people coming and going. We have a fully fenced backyard, and the house is mostly hardwood and tile, so scratches, muddy paws, and normal pet messes aren’t something I stress about. If your pet needs their own space, they can also have an entire room to themselves for a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

Christi was amazing—on her fourth visit, one of my cats was suddenly really lethargic and clearly unwell (based especially on a video of him hiding, very out of character). I flew back early, but she was able to take him to the vet so he could get treated immediately since it was going to be several hours until I could make it back. She stayed with him at the vet until they were able to release him. It's obvious that she knows cats and loves them. All my other cats were happy when she visited to distribute food and lots of pets.
