She introduced herself gently and calmly to each cat during our meet and greet and listened to their queues, asked good questions, and was friendly and enthusiastic. When we were on our trip, she sent frequent pictures and updates, talked about when the cats were eating, and gave my old sick cat her medicine. I can tell from the pics that all of the cats liked Kristen and she was playing with the kittens, and the old cat was letting Kristen pet her and letting her know when she was hungry. Gerald was great — the dogs were super happy and relaxed with him. He took them to the dog park and lots of walks, and it sounded like a fun time for all. He is very communicative and responsive, and heeded my notes and instructions for the dogs. Overall I very much recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Raven. She was a great communicator, kept our home clean and well cared for, and took such amazing care of our pup while we were away. She also sent lots of pictures of all the cuddles and walks, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our girl was happy and in such good hands. Cassie was nothing short of amazing! We have an older pup who is hard to leave with anyone who doesn’t u destined her and some needy kitty’s.
