We did a meet and greet prior to booking and they made sure to bring a list of questions and take lots of notes on our pets behaviors, quirks, likes/dislikes. Parker is more on the anxious side when my partner and I travel and Lizette was intentional with spending as much time with him and playing with him as possible. He has a lot of energy, and Lizette made sure to be attentive to that. “Isabel is the best! From when I first met her at the meet and greet I knew she would be great for Roxy. She took great care of my fur baby. She gave Roxy lots of attention and loves just what my little separation anxiety girl needs. She sent pictures and video daily and was quick to respond whenever I reached out. When our flight got delayed she was so understanding and helpful. It was a big relief she could work it into her schedule to stay another night. I can’t recommend her enough! “Sara stayed with our Furs for the first time for four days. We have quite a crew with a cat needing daily medicine, a dog needing to be hand fed, and other quirky tasks as part of taking care our furry kids. Sara was excellent in completing all the little details and also thinking outside the box when issues happened - cat bringing in a dead bird, stubborn Shih Tzu refusing to eat, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Sara again. We were happy to have Sara back for a second stay with our dog, this time for an extended weekend. Sara took great care of Sammy once again, enjoying lots of long walks together - Sammy’s favorite activity! Sara kept us updated each day, with pictures and info on their outings. Sara knew Sammy is picky about eating, especially while we’re away, and reached out to inquire about tips to entice Sammy to eat. Sara also took great care of our house, leaving everything in perfect order when we returned. We look forward to seeing Sara again for future trips!
Felicia and Brendan are awesome! We’re so glad we found them on short notice to house sit for our pets! We felt at ease immediately during our meet and greet, and both our dog and cat took to them right away. Our pets can be a bit quirky and have very unique personalities, but Felicia and Brendan were patient, attentive, and took the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable while we were away. They kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind. It was obvious our pets were well cared for, loved, and getting plenty of attention. We came home to happy pets and a clean house. We’re planning to rebook soon. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitters!
England is amazing! She sent us photos and updates and silly moments with our dogs. Our dogs get food toppers and one gets medications and she did a wonderful job handling all of it. One of our dogs is reactive and she was able to handle him well. She also went above and beyond caring for them. We had only asked for one walk daily but she not only walked them but also took them out to a field and gave them plenty of play time! She also played with them a ton in the house and gave them plenty of cuddles. They can get a bit anxious/wary of new people but they warmed up to her immediately with cuddles and kisses. Overall, she did an amazing job caring for our dogs and we definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again!
