About: 🐾 What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, along with my hands-on experience in training, grooming, and behavior management. Growing up, I helped care for a Schipperke and later two Chihuahuas, where I developed a love for daily walks, grooming, and building strong relationships with dogs. As I got older, I wanted to expand my experience and raise a high-energy working breed, which led me to my Australian Shepherd, Bailey. 🐶 Since bringing Bailey home as a puppy 7 years ago, I’ve participated in obedience training, at-home training, 4-H, showing, herding, and swimming activities. I also learned how to groom her myself and developed a strong understanding of canine body language and behavior. Through raising her from puppyhood to adulthood, I learned how to recognize what dogs are communicating through their actions, energy levels, and routines. ❤️ I later welcomed a second Australian Shepherd, Willow, who has a completely different personality. She’s vocal, energetic, and more sensitive to certain environments, which taught me that every dog has unique needs and triggers. This experience helped me become adaptable and attentive to each dog’s individual personality. 🎓 In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve helped owners work on puppy house manners, basic obedience, and simple tricks. I’m experienced with both high-energy dogs, like my Australian Shepherds, and more laid-back dogs who prefer a slower pace. I also reinforce house manners and any training routines owners are already working on. For cats, I make sure they have fresh food and water, clean litter boxes, playtime, and attention based on their comfort level. As a cat owner myself, I understand that some cats love to socialize while others prefer their space, and I adjust my care accordingly. I also pay close attention to a pet’s behavior and body language. After raising dogs and cats with very different personalities, I’ve learned how important it is to recognize when a pet is excited, nervous, tired, overstimulated, or simply wants affection. From puppy chaos, to older dog care I’ve seen it all. Willing to accommodate for whatever needs- All dogs have their unique quirks and even if its tucking them in at night, Im up to it! I currently am on medical leave; disability causes physical limitations that are manageable through monitoring/breaks(impossible in food service). My schedule is rather free because of this, allowing me to plan events around pet care rather than the opposite, allowing me to prioritize their care! I have taken care of all kinds of dogs; from chihuahuas to newfoundlands, puppies to seniors, beautiful mutts to regal standard poodles. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brandy. She's thoughtful, kind, conscientious, and very tuned into dog energy and needs (and has a very calm energy of her own, which our dogs love!). We have two lovely yet very quirky/particular dogs; Brandy asked great questions before we left, sent photos while we were gone, checked in as needed- and also went above and beyond to take care of an unexpected situation that came up with one of our dogs. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone in need of a trusted carer; our dogs are always thrilled to see her coming!
Felicia and Branden are fantastic! This was our second time booking with them and our first time using them for house/dog sitting. It was so nice to know that our high energy dogs had sitters that know how to help them burn off that energy and keep them safe while we were away. They went the extra mile by bringing in some big packages that I wasn't expecting to arrive 3 days early and communicated all along the way. We came home to a clean house and happy buddies.
We have used Katelin before and were delighted that she could come back. She is super prompt with communication and very kind. She adjusted her time when our travel plans had a shift and also help set up up the house for an additional sitter to come--which is more than I expected. Very sweet and gentle with the pets, gave our girls two walks a day. We will gladly use Katelin again!
England is amazing! She sent us photos and updates and silly moments with our dogs. Our dogs get food toppers and one gets medications and she did a wonderful job handling all of it. One of our dogs is reactive and she was able to handle him well. She also went above and beyond caring for them. We had only asked for one walk daily but she not only walked them but also took them out to a field and gave them plenty of play time! She also played with them a ton in the house and gave them plenty of cuddles. They can get a bit anxious/wary of new people but they warmed up to her immediately with cuddles and kisses. Overall, she did an amazing job caring for our dogs and we definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again!
I would easily hire Stephanie again. She took great care of Ollie the week we were gone and sent pictures and updates throughout the week. She even remembered to take the trash/recycle out and at the end sent a very cute digital drawing of my doggie that she had done which was so sweet 🥲 so thankful she took such great care of Ollie!
