I’ve taken care of dogs and cats most of my life. I traded pet sitting with neighbors. The dogs usually stayed with me and my family. I’m attentive and detail oriented. I love animals and have empathy for them. I’m retired so have an open schedule. I can stay overnight or spend hours checking in with pets. I’m open to cats and dogs. I would prefer up to medium sized dogs for walking. I’m very active so have endurance to take longer walks. We had my father in laws senior dog (poodle mix) for several years. One of my cats lived until almost 18 years old and I gave her a few fluid injections when her kidneys were failing.

I live in a condo with my son and cat. Pet sitting at someone’s home works out best for me. I’m on the second floor so not as conducive taking a dog outside.

Janine did a fantastic job caring for Wally while we were traveling! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. Wally can be a little cautious and takes time to build trust with new people, and Janine was so understanding and willing to work with him at his own pace. Her patience, kindness, and dedication gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. We truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making Wally feel comfortable and safe. Janine is wonderful, and we will absolutely continue using her services. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!

Schedule
I’m currently retired. I have extra time so pet sitting would work out well for me. My schedule is very flexible. I have a new car and it’s very reliable.
